GuruNanda Whitening Pulling Oil is a natural, pre-brush rinse inspired by Ayurvedic wisdom, with lower density than coconut or sesame oil. It comes in an 8 fl oz bottle with a tongue scraper inside.
This alcohol-free blend contains 100% pure and natural MCT Coconut Oil & Peppermint Essential Oil. Hydrophobic & lipid-inspired, it helps enhance your daily oral care routine & aids in fresh breath.

I have in the past used other whitening strips and while they have helped my teeth in terms of color using this product honestly helped bring my teeth to a full sparkle. I have had more people compliment my smile and ask how I have gotten my teeth so clean and white. I do think that it is so important to read the instructions because I made the mistake of assuming this was meant to stay on the teeth after brushing. NO, you need to use it before you brush your teeth otherwise you might experience some gum sensitivity throughout the day. I will definitely be repurchasing this product!

I’m on my second bottle. I love the soft bristle Toothbrush and tongue scraper that’s included. I do oil pulling while I shower to get my 10+ mins in everyday and remember to spit in the trash. I’ve noticed fresher breathe and my teeth/mouth feels better. I’m not so afraid to talk to people. It does help that I’ve cleaned up my eating habits and alcohol benders. This is supposed to work as an aid not a cure all you have to put in some work yourself as well. I’m very pleased.

I wanted so badly to like this after seeing all the rave reviews, but I cannot get past the texture. It is like swishing with minty olive oil. I don’t really know what texture I was expecting considering its coconut oil but I thought I would at least be able to swish it around without gagging.
