Finally, I found a naturally-sweetened, highly-concentrated whey protein supplement with a flavor I can work with. It thickens well. I usually add a little fruit to knock down a certain aspect of the flavor that I find too strong (it’s like the part of the flavor of the oreo cookies crème filling that makes me gag–I know, it’s just me). It’s a very rich vanilla flavor that stands up well to anything.

I thought I was getting the flavorless whey but in advertently ordered the creamy vanilla and opened it before I smelled the flavor. The company behind the protein is a solid company whom I have used for the past five years. However, they have miserably failed with this flavor profile. Creamy vanilla is not a flavor anyone should put in their mouth. It tastes, like a combination of cake made with strong, flavored sweet and low. Order the companies products but stay away from the flavor.

After a month’s use I added 2 inches to arms with Lean muscle mass as well as chest size with out the normal stomach gas with protein powders, combine with now sports Creatine, great combo

This is a massive amount of whey concentrate for the price. It’s 190 cal per serving and only 22 grams of protein, but still a good deal. Only downside I see this is that there’s no measuring scoop.

I buy the egg white protein on a regular basis because of its quality. I accidentally purchased the whey. I really enjoyed the flavor and it does not make you gassy like typical whey proteins do. It has a super creamy dairy flavor which you won’t get with the egg protein so if you’re looking for a rich vanilla that doesn’t leave you bloated this is it.

Vanilla flavor is meh but it does pair well with berries, bananas, or however you prefer to dress up your shakes. Blend too much and it creates an unpleasant frothy texture. It’s not hard on the stomach which is something I have experienced with other products. Overall, this is my go-to protein powder that yields great results.
