I bought these from a recommendation of a co-worker. They work pretty well. They do help me stay asleep. The only problem I have with these are that the gel capsules get stuck in my esophagus even after drinking an entire glass of water. I have to eat something to help it go down. I’ve taken other pills that have a gel cap and have not had issues with them going down, not sure why these tend to get stuck.
I have not had any issues with stomach problems with the ingredients.

I’m sure the product works fine. But I’ve been taking 10mg of melatonin and this just isn’t strong enough. I’ve been taking two a night and usually have to take my melatonin too.

I have always taken something to sleep. For the past 2 years I’ve been taking the original Lights Out. This month there was no delivery. Out of stock. Now, I have to wake up at 3am 5 days a week for working I need to be asleep by 8pm. Because all the reviews were good on this product and since one person said it helped her joint pain, I thought I’d try it. I’ve been taking it for the past 5 nights. I sleep great but miraculously my joint pain that keeps me awake throughout the night if I turn the wrong way is GONE! But not just at night, all day long! I work on my feet for 8 hours a day. I was wearing compression leggings underneath my pants butthe past 2 days I haven’t needed them. Who knew how much this little pill could change my life!

I have issues staying asleep and constantly wake up during the night. It’s hard for me to get restful sleep. I’ve done everything from changing our bedding, pillows, use white noise and aromatherapy to name a few. I have been averse to taking prescription sleep aids. I wanted to try this to see if it would work.
I tried this for a few weeks before I started experiencing the strangest reactions. After approximately 30 minutes of taking 1 pill, I started itching. Most of my joints (ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, wrists, knuckles, knock) were inflamed, red and itchy. It was incredibly alarming. It lasted for nearly an hour. The 1st time I thought I had an allergic reaction to something I ate earlier. After it happened a 2nd time, I narrowed it down to this supplement.
It’s not worth a repeat performance of the random joint inflammation and uncontrollable itchiness. I had such high hopes that it would work. On another note, I did feel more tired and it was easier to fall asleep. However, it did not keep me asleep.
