These pills are wonderful! I used them at a women’s empowerment event; each person who walked in got 1 and it sparked curiosity. People were asking what it was about. As the event started, we had some technical challenges, and the host was able to use them as an icebreaker as we resolved the issue. It helped to distract the guests who were excited to discover what was inside. Each person was asked to read the message in their happy pill. It worked out perfectly! I will be buying more of these.

these are cute. as an adult who struggles with mental issues I was hoping these could help change my my frame wheneevr I need extra help. but these are very mild.. just very young motivation quotes.

I didn’t buy these but if this (see photo) is what they put online I imagine there are other grammatical (or worse) errors/issues.

I love this I got it for me and my daughter to each do one every day. It’s a great reminder for self care and the way the you talk about and think about yourself. Daily self affirmations really do work. I definitely reccomend this to anyone. Everyone can use a little reminder how great they are.
