You smell the peppermint more than anything when applying this. Meant to be used on the temples as well as behind the ears and upper neck area. This is not meant to be an instant relief kind of situation, so do not expect those kinds of results. However, the aromatherapy does provide it’s own benefits. It did help to dull the occasional headache, temples worked the best. It doesn’t feel sticky or tacky when applying, rolls on smooth, no lingering or burning feelings. Will also help relax you because of the pleasant mint smell.

Haven’t tried the stress relief yet, but the sleep well works AMAZING! Knocks me tf out all night long. Have bought additional for friends and family and they all love it and also get a good night’s sleep too! This will be a regular purchase for me going forward!

Been looking for this set for awhile. absolutely as I used up all of mine, love them. Nice smell easy to roll on.

I’ve purchased this brand in the past, but some things have changed. The formula seems to be different than in the past not as strong a smell of lavender as before, which is something I liked. Also the scent doesn’t seem to last. Once absorbed into the skin the smell dissipates. Also, the rollerball does not seem to work as well as in the past the metal ball does not roll, smooth and allow enough oil to come out, overall it’s OK

I place this on my wrists as part of my nighttime routine. The scent lets my senses know it’s time for sleep.

I am a bit surprised at how well this product works. I tried the Focus product but the scent was barely there. And to help during the day it needs to be! (Amazon was kind enough to issue me a refund for this one). But this Sleep roll-on helps me fall asleep and fall back to sleep (without reapplying) after a bathroom run. It suggests putting it on the soles of your feet, temples and wrists. I wear socks to bed so I skipped the feet but I do apply it also to me upper lip and around the nostrils (my idea). Do this lightly or some brief light coughing may happen. If sound, deep sleeps eludes you, give this a try.
