Figured I’d give these a try since I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress lately. I did some research of supplements for stress and when I saw these I ordered because I prefer gummies to capsules. I didn’t see a huge difference overnight but I do find that these help me unwind. I don’t use them everyday but I do reach for them when I’ve had a particularly stressful day or when I’m focusing on self care. I think the flavor is pretty good. Definitely worth trying!!

I work in a high stress job and I don’t have the best temper. I would take the suggested dose while getting ready for work. By the time I get behind the gates I was very calm. It also has helped my productivity level.

I like calming gummies that contain ashwagandha because I really do feel the benefits internally. I’ve tried a few ashwagandha gummies in the past, and for me personally, these are the worst tasting. They aren’t horrible, kind of remind me of The taste of other ashwagandha gummies I’ve had, but these are just not for me. They are coated with a crystal sugar type coating and as you chew them they begin to get very gummy and the taste can no longer be covered up. The gumminess and the taste just don’t do it for me. Also the bottle is huge in comparison to the amount of gummies you actually get. You don’t even get a month’s supply for the price.
I do like the fact that it contains b vitamins and a couple of other beneficial supplements, so that is definitely a plus. But personally I can’t see myself using these again. Though keep in mind that taste is subjective and make your own decision.

I can’t say enough good things about these gummy‘s! They’re vegan. It’s so important to me. But they also really work. I have tried ordering the supplements in these gummy separately and it was so expensive. These are such a great value. They’re also delicious. I love the raspberry flavor. Please keep me calm without making me tired.💕

I got these for my daughter when her regular brand was out of stock. She loved the taste of them, but they didn’t have much effect on her. Everyone is different so that doesn’t mean they won’t work for someone else, they just didn’t work well for us.
