I’ve been using Youtheory Daily Fat Burner Vegetarian Capsules for a while now. While I haven’t seen significant changes in my weight, I believe these capsules might have some potential in aiding weight management.
Seen Issues:
Ineffectiveness: Personally, I haven’t experienced noticeable results with these capsules. Despite consistent use, I haven’t observed a substantial difference in my weight or body composition.
Headache Concerns: It’s worth noting that I’ve encountered unpleasant headaches while taking these capsules. This side effect has been a bit bothersome during my experience.
Sleep Disruption: A significant issue I faced was difficulty falling asleep due to these capsules. Unfortunately, they seemed to keep me up at night, impacting my sleep quality and overall well-being.
While these capsules might offer some potential for weight management, the lack of noticeable results, coupled with the occurrence of headaches and sleep disruption, has made my experience less than satisfactory. It’s essential to consider these aspects before deciding to incorporate them into your routine.

Thought I was coming down with something. About 5.5 hrs after taking this I began to feel absolutely ill. I began to feel like I was burning hot and had to get undressed and lay down. Under my rib cage hurt so bad and I knew I was going to throw up. Eventually I did and then I felt fine after. Thought I was sick or it was a drink that I made. Took the next day but made a drink again and really thought it was the drink I made. Fast forward 2 days I didn’t take it for the two days and finally on the third day I took again. Same thing happened and I was in public. Had to stop and rest and then violently started throwing up. Hot and sweaty and unable to function. No drink this time so I narrowed it down to these god awful pills. These will be going in the trash! Please be careful when taking these. Everyone is different but these effected me terribly.

I really like these capsules because they do not cause a burning sensation in your throat. I did notice that these do suppress your appetite and they work really well. My hair felt softer and shinier and my skin felt smooth and my nails we’re growing out super fast while taking these.

So I am usually pretty reluctant these days to take “weight loss supplements” but these really have been helpful in calming “food noise” in my head. I love food, I love to work out, but I also would like to not be constantly hungry. The first 2-3 weeks they were an adjustment because I was having to FORCE myself to eat – you can’t NOT eat an have good workout. After about a month or so now I notice that they just allow me to eat and go on with my day and not be constantly thinking about when or what I am going to eat again. They also seem to curb cravings for garbage food like sugar cravings every day (can’t say that for during the luteal phase of my cycle though haha give me all the cinnamon rolls). I just eat enough to be full, keep my focus on prioritizing protein, and I go on with my day without feeling ravenous all the time. I do not own a scale, but I can tell that through using these, adding 2 more strength training days to my existing 3 and walking 15-45 minutes a day has lead to a flatter looking tummy and less bloated appearance throughout my body. Also drinking a ton of water. So as always, it’s a combination of things that lead to reaching our goals. These are a part of it though.

Make sure to take this capsule with food, not right before and not right after. I made the mistake of taking it about 5 minutes after I ate and within 20 minutes my belly was on fire, I was weak, shaky, nauseous, sweaty, and light headed. Took another 20 minutes for those symptoms to go away. Today is only my second day taking them so not sure if they work or not yet. bout please heed my warning.

I have taken these pills for two months with absolutely no results. I am pretty active and eat fairly health, which is why it concerned me when I did not see ANY results after the first month. My Goddaughter has been taken them longer than I have(she encouraged me to buy these) she saw results after her first two weeks and has continued to see results, that’s great for HER. Which is why I stated this product is not for everybody’s body. It’s a great thing for those it works for, just not me.
