My dog can be picky when it comes to her food but she loves the seafood select recipe. I mixed the weight management one with her seafood select and havent had any issues. She eats the food without any complains or picking out the food.

My 80 pound male Weimaraner can put on weight when he finishes pheasant hunting season and we get into winter. Same with the hot part of summer. He also has a sensitive gut and had to be on Hills prescription diet for for a couple of years. I find that this is the one brand of dry food that he both likes and can tolerate. I like to mix the Nutrisource Lamb formula with the Weight Control formula for variety, and supplement with home cooked chicken topper. He loves this combination. His breeder had actually used Nutrisource puppy kibble for his first solid food and now I have come back to Nutrisource at age 4 after trying many foods and doing much research. The 30 pound bag of Nutrisource is not cheap, but you can spend a lot more these days. I think this is the “sweet spot” for us in terms of food tolerance, weight management, healthy ingredients, and the dinner-dance he does twice a day.

My dog is adorable but fat and fluffy- my husband thinks she is great the way she is but that is a hard no! hopefully this will help get weight off her. This us expensive but hopefully worth it.

Great for my Ol English Bully . keeps the farts down to a low moan instead of the big gagger

My dog really enjoys this food. She’s had a couple bags of it so far but the price is gone up so much that we had to revert to something else this next time.

Our dog is a large mix breed rescue whose previous owners did not treat very well. Her rear femur bone had been previously broken in two places and she was never taken in for treatment. She limped on this leg and struggled to be very active. Our vet recommended putting her on a lower calorie dog food and implementing anti inflammatory meds, as well as glucosamine supplements. The low calorie food would help her lose some weight from her previous inactivity and with lesser weight, less pressure would be placed on her leg. We have been using this product for two months now and our dog has lost about seven pounds. She likes the flavor of the food and we feel good giving it to her by knowing its quality ingredients. She has not had any upset stomach issues with this food either. I am happy to mention that the combination of this food, the anti inflammatory meds, and glucosamine supplements has helped significantly and she is now more active and rarely limps on her leg.
