This product is great, and it does what it advertises. I’ve been taking it for a couple months and have lost 6 pounds. BUT, you do have to do the work because this pill is NOT something you want to take if you plan to eat lousy. If you eat a relatively low calorie meal, your bowel movements will be manageable (maybe a little extra gas and softer stools) but don’t use this is you want to go grab a greasy hamburger and fries or you’ll have a miserable day three days later. For me, I have seen that more as a motivator that keeps me honest, and if I do want the occasional hamburger, I skip my pill that meal.

First, I want to address the elephant in the room. If you eat a lot of fat and with no fiber, you’re going to get oily loose stools and it can happen even if you’re wearing clothes. I went to Paris with it and my family took me to these amazing restaurants which has been open continuously for 400 years. Well, they had a lot of fat in there wonderful meals and I guess that’s what made it. So wonderful to my pallet. Plus the butter and France is amazing. I went to a museum the next day, and as it was summer, I will wipe pants and to my horror, and displayed as an orange stain on my rear end pants. I got myself home as quickly as possible, and would not even sit on a seat in the subway because I was afraid that it would transfer to the seat. All that being said, I found the solution. Eat fiber, which is already good for you and helps in your weight loss and because of the fiber you don’t get the leaks or the loose stools. I highly recommend this product and a size 38 waist size 31 waist. I have weight off and a 70 year-old man who is 6 foot one that was size Abel weight reduction. All I did was ask about 10 minutes of walking a day.

I had used Alli in the past & was sure it did nothing. I then realized I was not using it correctly. I now take it as described, 2 to 3 pulls a day. I am down 13lbs as of yet. It can give you some tummy problems ONLY if you eat really greasy or fatty foods. Otherwise never any issues. I will continue to use & recommend it to everyone I know. Thankful I gave it another try!

I was skeptical in ordering this but if you want to lose weight this pairs well with a keto diet. Yes, as it states in the product details there are some not so great side effects but if you want results you sometimes have to deal with not so nice things. If I know I will be going out somewhere I simply skip that day. I have been using this as a tool with keto for 6 weeks and I have lost 20 pounds. For me I decided I was tired of not feeling good so the decision has been the right one, of course you still have to do your part! There is no miracle pill. I have had no nausea, no jitters but my energy level is awesome!

Been taking this since the beginning of December. It’s worth noting that all in all, my diet isn’t all that bad to begin with. For the most part I eat healthy, but I’m not afraid to indulge here and there. I lost 6-7 lbs pretty quickly, and didn’t gain any weight through the holidays, despite way over indulging. But that came at a cost, which I’ll get to shortly.
Pros: this pill definitely works, evidenced by the orangish oil you’ll see floating in the toilet after pooping. However, I think it took a few days before I had any sort of oil. I also feel like I lost the initial 6-7 lbs quicker than I would have without this pill. Coupled with a relatively healthy diet, and a little cheat here and there, the adverse side effects are minimal and easy to predict.
Cons: the adverse side effects when you over indulge. Like I said, it took a few days for me to notice it working. On the second night I decided to test it out and had a pretty heavy dinner. Spaghetti and meat sauce. The next morning while working out, it hit me and it was all I could do to get to a toilet before having an accident. No discomfort or anything, and once I was done I was good to go back to my workout. Occasionally it’s hard to trust a fart, but I’ve never had an accident. And now the worst part, indulging over the holidays. Over the Christmas holidays, I ate way too much, as lots of people do. Well a couple days after Christmas and now I have quite a bit of discomfort. Last night, I was up every hour on the hour going to the bathroom with a really bad upset stomach. No nausea though. And today, I’m still going to the bathroom frequently, just not every hour. I should have weighed myself before and after to see how much weight I lost from going to the bathroom that much. I’d like to think I lost 5 pounds of poop lol.
In summary, this pill definitely works as advertised for me. Coupled with a fairly balanced diet, it will help you lose some weight quickly, with minimal negative side effects. Just be careful with your diet. This pill not only helps you go into a caloric deficit by blocking the absorption of some fats, but also deters you from cheating. If you over indulge, be ready to have consequences.

Ok, so heres my honest review of this product. I purchased it because a friend got it and told me it helped her lose both weight and belly fat.
before i started this, my daily routine is 8-14 miles a day. I was losing about 2lbs a week. This product said that it would increase that loss. I eat about 4 meals a day, they are very small meals with 5-10g of fat in them. This product suggest taking with any meal you eat thats more then 5g of fat in it.
After almost a month, i have seen no increase in weight loss, i still hover around 2lbs a week. So i then thought, well ill check my belly size as she said hers decreased. Reviews have stated that after a couple weeks they noticed thier belly sizes going down. When i started this i was a 40 3/4″ belly. After almost a month on this, i am still at a 40 3/4″ belly so no loss there either
This might work for some people or maybe they tricked themselves into thinking it worked. I however can tell you it did not work in the slighest for me, i cant recommand when i saw zero improvements. The only thing i can tell you is that when i took the pill after eating a greasy burger…. well just dont freak out by the side effects you see.
but other then that, its not worth the $80 in my view.
