Smooth protein that mixes very well with milk. Never experienced bloating, no digestive issues. Highly recommend this, and all other flavors, they’re equally as good!

I use this for post work out recovery! i work out 6 days a week, and it helps my muscles grow and recover faster!

When using a milk like solution, in my case – oat milk I was spleantly surprised on how well the flavor profile did! It doesn’t work that well with just water but it’s not terrible if you don’t have a milk substitute either. Also there are little chocolate chips which was delightful lol. Anyway, I might just subscribe n save for a bit on these because it’s so good 😉

As I have researched this protein is hight quality and a good option for tasting.
It dissolves very well and the experience with the choco-mint chips is interesting.

I use this for baking, not drinking, so I absolutely love the little sprinkle bits in it. Makes amazing pancakes

Hands down the WORST protein I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot. Been training and competing for 10+ plus years and a huge fan of Chris B so was looking forward….. but man, they sure scooped the poop into this one.
Got birthday cake. I feel like if someone were to take the breakdown of a protein fart, convert it into a powder form, add a dash of sucralose and some sprinkles – this is precisely the taste.

Most protein powders leave a bad after taste or just overall don’t sit well with me. But RAW Itholate has been amazing and I’m on my second flavor now. Not upset gut issues, good taste, no bad after taste and overall the best protein I have tried.
