Centrum Satisfaction 100% I made the purchase of this vitamin because im an adult over 50. I wanted to begin taking a supplement because of my dietary deficiency. Centrum offers all the nutrients that I need and that I was lacking in my diet. I found these vitamins to be low cost, when compared to the benefits. This is a one dose vitamin, they are easy to swallow, they dont leave a nasty aftertaste, i take Centrum because you want to do everything you can to protect your health. Just 1 a day. I’m satisfied and I do recommend this multivitamin supplement.

I suspect the count right, although I did not count them. Only a couple of the pills were broken. Are they good vitamins? Perhaps I will come back in many many years and tell you how my health is going. They are synthetic vitamins, you just take them and hope that they are helping.
