Like everyone else, I have constantly seen the commercials for Balance of Nature. It sounds like a great idea. I ordered it from Amazon and it was a single purchase and does not renew. Since taking this supplement, I have bloating, gas, and then did not feel good at all. What I did not realize, is that the Fruit part of this is made partly from Grapefruit, and that conflicts with most Blood Pressure medicines, if not all. As of today, I will stop the Fruit part of it and see if I feel better. I think I am going to continue with the veggie part for now. The bad news is that you cannot buy these supplements separately. If I am wrong about that , then let me know. I should have realized the Grapefruit issue earlier. Be careful with this…….

This is an update since my last message. After stopping Balance of Nature I feel much better now. I decided to stop all of it. This product was poison for me and I reduced the rating also. The seller will not allow me to return the remaining product. I probably took it for 7 days. I had such a terrible reaction and I was considering going to the hospital. My wife brought up the issue of Grapefruit and Blood Pressure, and there it was. Its been years since this has happened and I am usually careful. There is no disclaimer (that I can see) on the bottles regarding the reaction of Grapefruit. And, everyone that I know takes blood pressure medicine. Its an expensive product for about $90 without the renewal plan I never sign up with renewal plans on anything and this is an example why. It stops here and I do not have to fight with the seller to stop the renewal. Lesson learned and $90 down the drain. Be careful with supplements and compare the interactions. The Mayo Clinic has some good information on this subject. I sill cannot believe what this product did to me.

Taking 6 capsules a day is a lot, but I feel the energy in me, all day and enjoy taking them.

Everything about this product is awesome! I honestly feel amazing and my hair and nails definitely grow faster! Skin is clear! Worth every penny my opinion

It’s not a miracle pill, it’s your fruits and veggies. I don’t always eat what I should, but taking these, I know I’m getting closer. I don’t follow the directions either. The directions say to take 3 capsules of each every day. I take one fruit and one veggie in the morning, and I take another fruit and veggie in the evening. I eat pretty good, and this supplement is just there to fill in the gaps, so I feel like that’s enough for me.
They smell like what’s in them, so the green ones smell like Cauliflower and Broccoli. I swallow them rather then breaking them open and sprinkling them on my food or in a drink. They have a lot in them and as a result are pretty big and a little tough to swallow, but I manage to get them down.
As far as how they make me feel, they aren’t pain relieving cold curing miracle drugs, they are fruits and veggies. You wouldn’t ask a vegetarian if cutting meat out of their diet relieved their pain or cured their sicknesses would you? I’m hopeful that taking this will help me to live a little longer, and give my body what it needs to be strong and healthy for longer. This is a preventative more than anything else.

The delivery system of this supplement is too large and might be a choking hazard for some seniors! Fair warning.
Everyone who asks me how I’m doing with them i say ‘if you have a problem swallowing 6 stiff capsules 1 at a time absolutely do not get these.’ Also, you must take 3 capsules per type. I sip a cup of hot water or tea with each capsule to ease the swallowing. Yet i do not have a small swallowing area nor any swallowing problem, so i don’t want to hear that as a stretch for an excuse. I can swallow my Aleve tablet without drinking anything; just to give you a hint of my non-difficulty swallowing.
These capsules are dangerous which the company really should change.
I thought twice about to buying into a membership directly, allowing the BoN to retrieve funds monthly. That whole set-up is a real rip-off. Greedy.
My guess is these are for folk who feel they are healthy by subscribing to the latest health trend regardless the cost and benefit. Not unlike health trends since the end of Europe’s curse upon the globe with the Black Death.
It seems the only persistent fear the financially well-to-do can’t use funds from which to skirt that every critter has attached is the requirement of death. They hate aging and are afraid of the slow creep of death so they buy into these trends easily, with the poor and less financially-capable who try to imitate them running along side of them. Pitiful.
I’ve using multi-supplements to assist what i’m not receiving in my generally healthy diet. I thought i would forgo my usual by giving these a try.
If i decide to use these regularly i would simply get them from Amazon without subscribing (a subscription doesn’t know when you died until your payment system no longer works, which could be months after you’ve been dead).
O – another reviewer mentioned this: these contain soy. If that substance counters what you must take as a necessity, versus the option which are supplements, I would stay away from these.
Don’t believe the tv ads with the well-groomed old farts praising their need for them.

It took about 2 weeks for 3 pills of each a day to really feel different. I’m eating more than 1 time a day. Yes it’s a great way to get you back on top.
