I am a 55-year-old man, I notice how my energy levels and libido have dropped so I was looking for a testosterone precursor and this is ideal. If you take it consistently, the effect begins to be noticed after two weeks…
I use two 25 mg pills that are very easy to swallow and I combine it with 50 mg of pregnenolone, also a hormonal precursor. If you take 50 mg of DHEA you should take, according to experts, the same amount of pregnenolone.
It is better to take your pills in the morning.
To control the excess estrogen that occurs with age and a currently highly toxic environment, I also take DIM, which is a 100% natural product extracted from broccoli and that lowers excessive estrogen levels.
The drawback is that you always have to be careful with hormonal stimulators and of course always take them under the instructions of a medical professional.

Ok, I know these things take time to show results but so far It seems that I feel a little better the day after I drop one pill. Maybe imagination, but at least Its not going the other direction ( Negative )

***Update***
From within a few months of taking this, I did another round of labs to see where I’m at with my AMH levels.
In February I was at 2.01 for my AMH levels. In July I’m at 3.57 so it has increased!

I’m labeled as unexplained infertility, and after 3 rounds of IVF, still nothing. I asked my doctor what else I could do to help better my chances and he recommended taking 25mg 3x a day of DHEA. I’ve started taking it (I’m still not even 1 month in) and haven’t felt any better – but I am doing another round in a few months. I’ll update this if this round works to help with fertility.
It’s a small tiny pill, and doesn’t taste like anything. Very easy to swallow.
