GNC Men’s Yohimbe 451 Capsules

This product is dangerous. Please don’t take this stuff. Racing heartbeat, jittery, insomnia, makes you feel nervous, itchy, and gives off a high sense of anxiety!!! Do not take this I repeat do not take this.

I purchased this for the reasons most guys do, sexual health and energy. I’m 68 and very fit with no health problems. I read all the reviews with comments about their hearts racing, blood pressure, elevating, going to ER, etc. So I decided to start slow and see how I did with this product. First 10 days I opened one capsule and divided into 3 smaller doses and put supp into empty gelatin capsules. I tried it early morning on an empty stomach; not so great. I tried it with a meal and that worked better. I decided to only take this on days I’m training. I’m now up to 1/2 capsule. I take it about 1 hours before training. I not drinking an energy drink at the same time I take yohimbe. No problems so far. I’m accustomed to energy drinks etc one per day before my workout. Energy from this feels different than an energy drink. The best description is how I felt 20 years ago taking ephedrine prior to the gym. After a set I find myself up moving or pacing before the next set. I’m warm but not really sweaty. When I’m finished with my training I feel like I could easily stay at the gym another hour. The effects seem to last about 5-6 hours, so I never take it any later later than 2:30 or 3:00. I like my 8 hours of sleep each night. Sexual benefits? Too early to tell, but I already take 10 mg Tadalafil every other day and 300-400 mg of LJ100 tongkat daily. So my recommendation is to start low on dosing and take a month to work up to larger amounts or a full capsule (which I haven’t tried yet). And don’t take it on days you are sitting around the house all day working on your computer; you need to be active to expend the physical energy it produces. Maybe I’ll update again in about 30 days.

This GNC Yohimbe is awesome. Just 1 of these in the morning gets you going.

I am usually tired all day but this helps with that a bit. It makes you sweat much more easily; I’d get sweaty armpits after my walk to work (in mild/cool temperature) that I normally don’t get. It gave me a slightly reduced appetite. It certainly made me feel more invincible in the gym; I had more energy to push myself on a tough elliptical interval workout.

…and yup, it gives ya extra strong boners.

What everyone says about the jitteriness is true though. If you have trouble sleeping I would never take this any time after first thing in the morning, cause it jazzes you up. It does make you a little nervous too, and from the reviews it’s clear this affects some people more than others. For me it was not a huge deal at all and the extra energy was easily worth a little sweating and jitters (no worse than I get after a couple coffees or a Sudafed).

LOVE these and will buy again.

Works great awesome quality but is a super high dose if you take it every other day it works out better.
