I purchased this in hopes to have an easy way to monitor my elderly father in law, as he is susceptible to getting UTIs. I didn’t get a chance to use it until shortly after the return window had closed but I can say with certainly, it is garbage. Not only is it not accurate, the temp will change by many degrees up or down when taking the temp repeatedly in the same spot. Steer clear of this one.

After enduring almost 3 years of having to have my temperature taken every morning before I could enter the building to go to work (Covid nursing home rules) I can say that this little thing is far superior to the “gun” shaped one’s that the NH was using. Most of the time those ones just gave a big old error sign. In which case they just wrote down a number and let me in (I know, right!). This one is very fast. Easy to use. Easy to read. Nice and small. I got rid of all my other ones and this is it! I can see where it would be excellent on babies and small children as it is very fast. Great thermometer!

I am so glad I bought this! I bought a cheaper thermometer that didn’t last long and it’s super inaccurate (sits at 97.1 and never goes up or down). Glad I looked up on this one because it’s on point. I tested it on several surfaces that had different temperatures and it was very accurate. Compact and easy to use, this is a sure buy if you work in a healthcare facility and need to get results fast. Staff that I work with and patients alike love it!

Ho provato diversi termometri a distanza come questo, da puntare alla fronte, e sono sempre risultati troppo imprecisi.
Questo invece sembra dare misurazione veramente accurate, facendo la controprova con quello classico da mettere sotto il braccio, questo differiva massimo di 0,2 gradi.
Posso dunque ritenermi sottisfatto e dare 5 stelle, costa un po di più della media ma vale i soldi.

At first I had trouble figuring out how to use but I looked at the directions again and I love it. Sometimes it’s hard to find thermometers on the floor so I just use mine when I get a patient.

It seems hard to find a small, rechargeable thermometer for a somewhat decent price like this! It’s so convenient in soo many ways. It’s lightweight, easy to use, & with the help of the auto shut off feature after several seconds, it helps the battery in mine last at least a few months until I have to charge it again- even though I use it at least a few times a day. The screen shows indicator lights when it’s charging, & when the battery first gets drained & won’t work, you will see the word “off” flash across the screen for several seconds. It would be nice if it warned me in advance before needing a full charge. Still, it’s so awesome that I no longer have to stress out about if my batteries are dead & if I have extra AA or AAA batteries on me… Simply keep the charger in my bag, & if the battery dies- simply plug it in & charge it! Within a couple of mins of charging it, it has enough juice to use it just in case it’s an emergency- then simply plug it in again when done & finish charging it. The only real negative for me is that the beep sound upon using it is a bit loud, & there’s no mute button. So, for that reason I’d rate this 4.5/5. I like this so much though that I ordered a second one- so, I now have 2 of these just in case I happen to misplace one.

So many positives! This is light weight, rechargeable and compact! I love it. Great for work. Very accurate which is hard to find these days! I love that it’s white so I hope I don’t loose it. I bought this for my work/nurse kit bag. Quite expensive for what it is but being rechargeable is a huge bonus and I guess that’s what you’re paying for. I just hope it lasts a long time.

This is a very nice thermometer. It’s not heavy fits well in scrubs.
