After only 2-3 months of having the monitor, the battery is somehow already dead. I have only used it a handful of times. This leads me to believe they sent me a device with an already drained battery or the device quickly drains the battery. Either way that is very frustrating to me, especially with how expensive batteries are right now. I don’t want to buy a pack of batteries (a type that I don’t use for any other type of device) only to find out that in 2 months, it’s already dead again, wasting more of my money!
In addition to that, the monitor rarely was able to find my heart rate, and when it did I felt like it was inaccurate a majority of the time. I consistently have a very high heart rate due to a medical condition. It does not drop below 90bpm, ever. I can tell when my HR is climbing up as well. It was often telling me I had an HR of 64-75bpm when I could clearly tell that it was at least 120. I had to constantly reposition it in hopes it would give me an accurate reading.
I guess you get what you pay for.

It is easy to use but honestly I am not sure how accurate it is because my heart rate is constantly changing and if you adjust your finger higher or lower it gives you a different number as well. It is good enough for home use though.

The item came very quickly. I needed this for my mom and I needed it now. The seller got it over in as close to “now” as possible lol.
The product has worked very well. You do have to follow the instructions and definitely remain still but we have received accurate numbers since day one.
