    Oximeter work fine. 5*
Changing limits is very tedious. 4*
Manual is adequate for the Oximeter but extremely poor for the App. 2*
    Difficult to find app. 2*
Final expanded image of smart phone and read App name. Easily found and loaded. Once found worked. 3*
No details on how to collect data. 1*
Found out that data was saved when unit is removed from finger. Report saved as PDF can be useful for Dr/ patient review. Possibly diagnose or recommend seeing heart specialist based on erratic pulse shapes. Definitely worth the $$$. 5*

I bought this oximeter to assist me in my own therapy exercises I’ve been doing following a massive heart attack a few months ago. I am pleased with how easy it is to use and its accuracy. It was very inexpensive, and I would recommend it to other customers.

I work in private EMS. I carry this guy in case our company supplied one goes down, gets lost, or I want a double check on someone’s sats. The HR is usually much closer to what my manual HR is than what we are supplied with, so I am very happy with this purchase

This is a good pulse oximeter that comes with its own case. The batteries seem to last a long time, the read out is easy to see. I like the fact that It shows your your heart rate ,makes the sound of your pulse , shows your oxygen level plus you can change the display so it’s easy to read. I also like that it’s reasonably priced and the display is bright. Being a retired nurse, I’ve used many in the past, and this one I purchased for home use was a good choice.

This is as accurate as the one in my PCP’s office & it’s very reliable. I’ve been using it for about going on my third week now. It shipped fast, and was packaged well with air bubble wrap. I like that it buzzes and beeps when you read high or low. Those are nice features and I like that the display is bright and easy to read during the day or night. The app could be alot better, it’s very basic, but atleast it has an app to record your readings. Just remember to press the Save button, or else it won’t store your data! You must have the app open for it to record & save your data! I didn’t read the manual first and learned the hard way. Other than that, it’s a good product, the batteries have lasted this long, going on my third week, even though it’s been pressed accidentally up against my bed post a few times. I use it 4x, twice a day; 1x in the morning, upon waking up w/o oxygen concentrator to give me a reading of where I’m at normally, then w/oxygen concentrator, 1x in the morning. I repeat this in the evening, or at other times when I’m struggling to breathe.
This pulse oximeter is very easy to use, is necessary to have to give accurate readings, and chart your health over time, especially since it gives you unlimited readings. Just follow the instructions & you’ll be fine. It comes with a black lanyard, which is handy for hanging it up. I either wear it around my neck, put it with the lanyard sticking out of my purse, or hang it from my bedpost. That really makes it easier & quicker to use. It’s very convenient having a lanyard.
Lastly, but not least, you can share your charting history results with anyone you want, like your family, healthcare providers, or whoever. You can’t go wrong with this device!
Here’s some pictures of what it looks like in the dark, and a few with light, via my phone camera w/flash & one short video. As you can see, the bright blue and yellow display is bright and easy to read.

I’m an ICU RN who likes her healthcare gadgets for home too! This little guy works great and it’s a nice little bonus that it’s Bluetooth too. I honestly bought it to compare my watch’s heart rate readings to this pulse ox’s heart rate readings and to see if my watch readings are actually accurate. Turns out my watch is accurate BUT I did also find out on accident something else!! One day I dozed off while it was on my finger and woke up to it alarming and notifying me that my oxygen level was low. It was 91% which is low for me. So I tried it a couple other times when nodding off and found out that I OFTEN drop my oxygen levels when sleeping! So since then I’ve told my doctor and now have been set up for an at home sleep apnea test. So it may have helped me out in more than one way!! I’m so glad I bought it and if it turns out that I actually do have sleep apnea, then I’m hoping that one day I may actually feel more rested and more energized once I get it corrected with cpap! So it’s been very handy to have!! Also, being an nurse, it’s nice to see a pleth or waveform so you know it’s actually reading well and accurate! Great purchase!
