I had a mishap with the zipper but when working with Kelly from Mekiy Customer Service Team she not only resolve the situation but made me so satisfied that in my opinion she went above and beyond to help me. The product itself is AMAZING!!!! My dog after one night being upstairs away from it….. couldn’t have made it downstairs to get on it any faster. It actually has memory foam WITH a water resistant material that lies beneath the soft & comfortable removable/washable cover. Id recommend buying this bed for any animal lover who wants the best for their family pet/companionship!!!! Don’t want to take my word for it…..buy it and see for yourself for those who are skeptic but for My Service Dog-Family Pet-My Best Friend & Saviour; I know I can say I treat My Best Friend the way she treats Me! I ordered for my large puppy and I think this is a really good product.
It was hard for me to find a beautiful and unique color dog bed with a fair price. Usually, the other products are mostly dark and flat, and hard to wash.
I ordered several dog beds and was never satisfied but I am happy that I finally found a good one.
I think this is the best!
High-quality material, nice zipper and easy to wash, great size, soft fabric, and comfortable shape for my puppy.
My puppy really loves it!
And also comes with a warranty and good customer service.

So far it’s durable, not sure how long it’ll last (I’ll update later). It’s a great size looks like it fits well where we put it, love the color of it, it’s pretty thick seems like a comfortable padding, it’s not waterproof, there was a marking the other day might have been water from his toy but I was able to soak it in a napkin so I guess easy clean up, you have to assemble it which wasn’t a big deal.

We washed it once, in cold water, hang dried. Zipper came off one side putting it back in. Took to dry cleaner to fix, zipper came off again. We have a new dog bed we cannot use. Attempting to get it replaced or repaired under warranty as I’m just a few days outside of return window. Will update if they reply.
I have to say, amazing customer service. They had a replacement bed at my house the day after I posted this bad zipper when I was outside of warranty. They back up their product. I am hopeful that I had a defective zipper. They also indicated that they were upgrading the quality of the zippers to ensure these type of problems never happen for anyone

It is very soft, easy to assemble- came in three pieces vacuum sealed- enlarged once opened, of course
I plan on buying another- I bought the large size for my pittie but I think she needs an XL, luckily we are a multi pet home… the cats and smaller dogs are enjoying it
