After receiving my replacement set due to a package bandit taking the first order. Customer Service was totally helpful and provided great assistance. I was excited to put this together with my son. It’s a great size and I love the layout, the quality of the natural wood (a must), the craftsmanship and the detail is superb. They included easy to follow instructions. All the packaging was included even a small magnetic screwdriver to help with the assembly. I give this item a 5+ stars. Thank You guys. Highly recommended

I have a conure, parakeet, and cockatiel. They love this playground. It’s sturdy enough they can all play on it at the same time and it doesn’t wobble. It’s easy enough to assemble, took me about 10 minutes or so. Everything went together smoothly with no having to force things to fit. They toys are decent and once they’re shredded can be replaced. Good playground for multiple birds

Bought this item for my birds. Was easy to put together but the top part just topples over no matter how much I tighten the screws. Luckily that part collapsed without a bird on it. Rest of it seems fine. Definitely test all levels with your hands to avoid the risk of them collapsing under or, even worse, on top of your birds.

So fun! It’s HUGE way bigger than I thought. My birds love to go on it, it’s next to their cage and they also use it to help them jump back in their cage.

The top perch can never be secured and hanging by a thread. The threads in most of the poles are pretty much defective so multiple pieces are either stuck and cannot be removed or cause the poles to wobble. The metal food bowls that come with this have VERY sharp metal parts that almost hurt my bird. The toys that come with it are okay but my bird doesn’t like them.
Assembly was very difficult and once assembled, the layout of the perches make no sense where my bird can only use the top part, which again, is not stable, wobbly, and leaning to one side on the verge of breaking no matter how much I tighten the screws (See picture). Speaking of the screws, they do not fasten all the way, leading them to stick out for my bird to pick at which IS NOT SAFE at all for them.
Honestly this is not worth the money. Not satisfied at all and wish I could return or get a refund

THIS THING IS AMAZING. 1. It’s so cute. 2. My birds LOVE IT. 3. I love that it has no paint/artificial coloring/etc. 4. The toys are great.
The only downside is it’s not as sturdy as I’d like. The bar up top is like… loose??? It kind of hangs back and forth. I’m planning to fix it so that it doesn’t end up falling off the screw. That’s a pain in the butt otherwise it would get 5 stars.

My only complaint is that I wish this came with better instructions. You are pretty much left with looking at the picture and guessing where each of the parts are supposed to go. Also be prepared for your hand to hurt….there are a lot of screws! Overall i really like this play set and all of the toys and ladders it has for the birds. My parakeets definitely seem to love it.
