I feel like this is good food for my cats. It’s grain free and I’ve come to the conclusion that the processed grain that go into cat food is the cause of my cats vomiting. They love this food and it smells like real food.

At first my cat loved this. He is very picky, but also has to eat low iodine, which according to Wellness, this is. But this latest case I received he just doesn’t want to eat it. He will have a couple of licks and then walk away. The last case I got he ate every bit of it every time I put it in his bowl. This case also seems a different consistency in the food… like it’s more watery like pudding, where the last case had more density. Not exactly sure what is different, but my cat definitely doesn’t like this onoe. So it seems like there is a quality control issue and I just don’t trust buying it anymore. And I just found out it’s from Thailand and not sure I trust it.

This cat food is very high quality but costly so I give my cats this food every Sunday as their Sunday dinner and their heads never leave the dish or come up for air. When done their dishes are spotless as this is their absolute favourite.

Great product, size is perfect, less odor which is a plus. The ingredients and appearance are superb.

    Down falls:
The cans are extremely difficult to open.
Texture looks dry and you have to add a drop of water.

Product looks OK looks tasty but it seems to upset my cats stomach. After a couple days of using it she is throwing up everywhere not sure why might just be too rich I do have a finicky cat.

Would I buy it again not for my cat as her sensitive some stomach and Finickiness, no. But it could be good for other peoples cats probably.

Thank God I can feed my cat with consciousness Instead of feeding her with what I call “ junk food cat food brands.” By feeding my kittie with Wellness cat food, I am investing in her wellbeing and she is worth the price.

    *********MOLD*********
I normally don’t make time to review any product but this time is different.
After over 15 years I have been feeding my cats Wellness cat food dry and wet food. I always trusted this brand name. They had tried all flavors and mostly their favorites were:
    Wellness Core Grain-free Signature Selects

Approximately 3 months ago was the first time that I noticed mold in the meat not the cans but the meat from the chicken and liver kind.
First I thought maybe was a bruise, as you know the chicken get abused very badly before k*****g thm. They get stompped or thrown. poor birds 🙁
But no, this was not what it was. So I thought was one time issue. I had other kinds of issues like receiving bent cans or smashed but not mold.

So I purchased more same and other kinds of seafood and chicken, same brand of course with no problem (think).
Unfortunately in the last 2 weeks the ones I purchased, from every
case of 12 every other one I opened contained one or more pieces of mold and others tiny black dots, hard to see sometimes unless you really look.
    Boneless Chicken and liver entree.
    Boneless Chicken & beef entree
    Boneless chicken and turkey entree.

    *********PROBLEM*******
The problem is that last week I imagine I missed the bad cans and my 4 cats got very sick. I’m sure was related to this issue. They become with allergic reaction. Diarrhea, throwing up,sneezing, coughing. Watery eyes.
But one of my cats who has FIV Got the worst part. He has been sick since last Wednesday and still not eating. When I try to offer food he start sneezing. He has been hiding most of the day.
I ordered some sea food kind from Wellness as you know switching food is not easy either specially when their whole lives they have been eating this same kind. I spent 3 hours looking, comparing other brand names and still can’t find one that I trust or I can afford.
It took me so long to find this brand years ago. After trying 6 different kinds I ended with Wellness. Was affordable and good on my cats digestive system.
I don’t understand what’s going on with the quality of this brand now.

    ********WATCH OUT*********
If you recently purchased these type of wellness food please check one by one by putting them into a plate with enough light so you can see if is contaminated before feeding them. If from a case of 12 you find 2, assume the rest is moldy too.

Remember, the health of your love one depends on you. 🙂

My cat won’t eat hardly any wet food. I only feed my cat wellness brand. I finally found a wet food he likes. Wellness brand cat food is your best choice. It has no bi-products, no fillers, no preservatives, and no artificial colors or flavors. Please try this food. look at the ingredients in you cats food. If bi products is a first ingredient Its a low quality food. Cats need meat!!! So buy this brand, the first ingredient is MEAT!

This is quality food with whole shrimp in each can. My cats devour it. But it is expensive.

My cats love this food and so does every other cat I know who has had it. It’s kind of expensive but definitely worth it.
