My Husbands Review:
This was pretty easy to assemble…some of the nuts did slip a little while tightening, but there isn’t really a need to over tighten, so a bit over zealous on my part.
The straps are sufficiently long, actually a little too long for me, so they need to be tucked in while in use.
I would Never, Never, walk on hard surfaces like concrete! They are certainly not made for that and would not be stable – either structurally or traction wise. I put a chair next to or on the lawn and then strapped in.
I had areas where the grass was not growing and it was damp, so there was some mud build-up on the bottom, but easily tapped out with the stick / pole I was using to stabilize myself while in use. Btw – it is easier to walk in these when using a walking stick or something similar.
Also, I do have rocks just below the surface in certain areas, so working carefully around the rocks I hit worked well enough – vs trying to force the spikes down. The product doesn’t seem to be made for forceful stomping in areas where it might hit a rock Seems like a couple things could happen… 1) it could cause an injury or fall or 2) it might break the product.
They wash up and store very easily. They worked really well for our needs. We didn’t need deep aeration, so If you’re looking for deep aeration, these only go in about 2″ at the most.

These are poorly designed, the buckle system is absolutely worthless, it takes hours to get the clamps adjusted to the proper length then theyโre so difficult to buckle on your feet. It takes three hands, one for each side and one to hold the buckle open. A simple Velcro strap or clasp would work 1000 times better. Iโd return then but Iโm not paying 1/2 the cost to ship them back.

They work. I recommend using them with boots, for ankle support. The spikes make it easy to roll an ankle. I would recommend these for small lawns.
I donโt think you could wear them and push a lawn mower because they stick some times and you need to pull your foot up

As long as you take the time to set the stop up correctly, you won’t have any problems. Used these to aerate my lawn.

Took about 10 minutes to assemble it. Make sure you use the correct length strap for the correct position. The one closes to your ankle should be the longest strap and each one thereafter is the smaller and then smallest strap. Fit my shoes size 11 easily. Was able to aerate my sizable front yard in about 30 minutes. I could have easily done it while mowing. Keep the straps tight and you are good to go. You may occasionally need to re-tighten them, but it only takes 2 seconds to pull the straps tight. Take care not to step on any sprinkler heads if you have a sprinkler system installed. I didn’t experience any trouble of dirt or grass sticking the bottoms of them at all. Would definitely purchase another pair in the future if needed.

The product is very cheap quality. Straps are so cheap and awful. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

These aerator shoe attachments are not quite what is advertised in the product listing. I found that I was only supplied with four of the six advertised straps mentioned in the description (which they proudly advertise as to why their shoes are superior). You can immediately tell this is needed as the spikes are long and dig deep into the soil and need a good pull to get out on the up-step.
This leads to the second shortcoming. The straps are not at all what is shown in the listing. The buckles used in the photos and description are the spring-loaded tabs with teeth. The supplied buckles are cheaper strap loop-over kinds. This wouldn’t be so bad, but they do not hold the strap at all. I don’t think I got more than five steps along before everything started to let go.
I really want to like these. Instead of returning, I may try to get extra, better tie-down straps (like in the advertised pictures) to improve these as they should have come. Hopefully this will have better results.

La imagen muestra 3 correas y solo me llegaron 2. Al ponรฉrmelos y caminar un poco se salen de la bota. Supongo hace falta la tercera correa para evitar que se salgan.

Quality is great but I don’t know till I try them, I don’t understand why Amazon asks us to review items a day after you receive them.

Very easy to install. Safe for my bricks. Repurchase them for friends who saw them and loved them also.

I bought a set that had been returned. The shoes were a little dirty from the prior owner and missing straps were included with the order and spare parts. I was a little concerned about breaking the spikes or something else but after adjusting the straps to work ideally I slipped them on my size 11 hiking boots and plodded along in my 220 lb. body. I was careful in my walking style to avoid tumbling over or breaking spikes …. and these shoes worked like a champ!! My son also stepped into them with his size 11 1/2 boots and 185 lb frame and sure enough punched holes all over the yard. The straps hung a little long and everything could be either designed or made higher quality but for this price …. itโs a great value. And mine were used/returns .. and Iโm ordering another set for my other kids.

Super cool item that arrived as perfect as it appears in the photo. Sadly, no instructions were included and one spike was a flathead. It was a helluva workout trying to keep it securely latched because the fabric slips and there isnโt a harness to keep both straps from loosening from the tension created when pulling it out of the ground. The extra strap has to be tucked and slightly slows the entire loosening process. To avoid falling, be sure to use a pole for support
