I purchased this DA polisher after deciding to upgrade my equipment. I’m currently starting a detailing business and I must say this blows every other polisher I’ve used out of the water. It has far less vibration than the previous polishers, and can also be easily maneuvered with one hand. The long chord is also another plus, which is detachable. All in all, I can say that I’m very pleased with this product and I would recommend this to anyone….

I bought this unit thinking it would work well but used it to carefully polish my hood and then some light scuffs on the side of my car. Affordable as it is made in China, but this damned “PRO” polisher lasted just shy of a hour. Had it just a week over a month an finally used it with this good weather last weekend. Worked until I put it down, picked it back up and nothing. Feels like I got ripped off here. Should have spent the money, got a RUPES polisher, European quality….I would not have a worthless PRO polisher in my hands…

I’m new at paint correction but I decided to go straight for the SK Pro version Dual Action polisher. I’m used to high quality tools and wanted to have a good experience. I wasn’t disappointed. I got the kit which came with three pads, polish and compound which added value to the deal.
I washed and clay barred a section of my SUV which had bad oxidation. I first did compound, then polish according to the Adams instructions. The results were excellent and got my paint back to a nice shine. I chose to follow with Chemical Guys JetSeal sealant applied using the SK Pro with the soft foam pad they labelled for polish. This worked quite well. Then I topped it off with Butter Wax which I hand applied and buffed. This was labor intensive but the results were excellent. Next time I’ll consider a Ceramic coating which would be quicker.
The SK Pro is well balanced and glides across the surface. Soft start is nice and prevents slinging product. Variable speed helps customize power according to the application. I did not get any numbness or tingling using this which can be a serious issue with cheaperunits. The extra long power cord is very nice and the disconnect is convenient. The light is ok but not super practical.
The 5” pad mount is great for large areas but I may have stepped down to the Mini with a 4” mount if I did it again, in order to more easily reach contours and corners. Time will tell with durability but should serve me well for years since I only do my own cars.
Recommended, but consider the Mini for half the price if you don’t need the bigger mount or the Pro level of Uber quality.

I really like this buffer. It’s great for the prosumer diy type. Built well. Long power cord that detaches. Comfortable to use. Doesn’t get hot. The light on it helps you see your progress.

The white bottle uses the white pads & the blue bottle uses the blue pads so they are color coded. It really does do a professional job with a beginners experience. I am very impressed and it gives me entry of room to grow into that professional I’d like to become.

Removes light scratches and swirls in just a few passes, the tool vibrates very little and is pretty quite, the compound and polish wipes off very easy.
The light is nice but with how i hold the tool my hand covers it.. but you can use it as a flashlight on the paint to see if you need more work
