The battery, speed, features, durability, clarity, and accuracy are outstanding. You cannot beat the price and quality of this watch.
The battery is as good as they say it is. If you use it constantly through the day for various things it will not last the full two weeks but it is still much better than any smart watch I’ve owned. I’m on day 3 now and at 74% battery using it a lot. I’ve fiddled with it through the days using it as often as I can.
The OS is smooth and runs very snappy. Running a timer and the stopwatch while using a compass? No problem! Some of the free watch faces have the ability to allow you to go directly to various apps on the device or tells you what is running or if Bluetooth is being actively used.
Too many features to go through in a review here but it has plenty of information. There are some watch faces that provide you with tons of useful information. Metrics, date, weather, moon phases, barometric pressure, rain warning, sun rise/set, alarms, screen lock, humidity, etc.. it’s a lot.
It’s durability seems to be really good. It is plastic so it’s very light but still feels very solid. I haven’t felt like it’s going to break if I bang it on something (which I have and it is unscathed). The band I think is great but I did see where some people have broken there’s. No worries though because there are replacement bands through AmazFit and aftermarket; I bought an elastic breathable band and replacement was easy. UNSCREW THE LEFT SIDE (side with up and down buttons) ONLY! Otherwise you’ll strip the tool. It requires a special tool so make sure the band you order has the tool to remove the screws. Overall the quality is outstanding.
Screen clarity, resolution, and readability in the sun is amazing. It will adjust screen brightness automatically depending on the lighting around you. Colors are vivid.
And finally accuracy of the metrics for health and sleep seem reliable. I’m not a health nut so I don’t need it to be 100%. That said it tracks on par with Fitbit and various other watches I’ve used. The graphs and layout of information is very in depth yet easy to read. Sleep tracking seems to be very accurate and comes with an optional subscription to allow ai enhanced ambient sounds customized to your sleep pattern. It learns what helps you sleep better and shuts off at the appropriate time and uses a smart alarm the wake you up slowly within 30 minutes of your set alarm. So not to wake you abruptly.
This is a game changer for the price and I’m grateful I chose to try out this watch. As long as Amazfit keeps doing what they’re doing, they have me as a customer for life. 5/5 stars!

Honestly, what do you want from a Sporty Smart watch? This looks very decent, gives me the right data about my workouts, sleep patterns, heart rate, stress levels & even has a built in GPS. Full Touchscreen interface, nice vibration notifications, Loads of watch faces to customize, and most importantly for me, a amazingly LONG LONG standby time (seriously, I’ve used it for a week and it still tells me I got 50% or more battery life) love it… An amazing interface via the ZEPP app and finally, the Price… C’mon for all you’re getting, and you think it’s expensive, you obviously didn’t do your research on the competition at all…Its a solid buy and for all you’re getting worth every penny (even if you’ve already saved by getting this watch)! Just go for it!

I have had some other AMOLED watches before taking a chance on this watch. So I get the hesitation. BUT I will say, the price point to the quality of the watch do not line up at all. This is a very good watch. It is worth it !!!!!!
Sure who am I right… but I will explain my high rating based on my life.
I am a journeyman plumber and this makes a nice work watch. Controls Spotify easily, volume +/- and skip songs forwards and backwards.
Message notifications / phone calls show up with a great vibration. Even using a SDS plus I can feel the watch vibrate. My last two smart watches I couldn’t. Using a SDS Max – not so much but that is expected.
I do not use any of the GPS or heart/health stuff. I do glance at the step counter at times. I know what I typically do daily and seems fairly accurate as well.
I am over 50 and with this age comes seeing/reading small print an issue.
My favorite thing about this watch is the screen is large / very bright which makes working/driving very easy to see what the message is / who is calling. Even in direct sunlight, while driving / working outside, still read the screen with ease. Few times I did work outside in the cold Winnipeg winters, watch worked fine.
Battery life is impressive. Not sure about there “days” they post it can last. This watch can easily go 1 week using the watch often with the screen bright. I tend to get a lot of calls and messages daily and I only charge it Sunday mornings.
One of the first things you need to get is the AmazFaces app. LOTS of free watch faces to check out. You will have to watch some ad’s on the app to get the free faces but so worth it. Posted some pictures of some of my favorites. TIP: Issues loading a face. Reboot the watch. After a few in a row, tends to fail. Unsure if its a phone / app or watch issue. Not a real concern as a reboot of the watch is quick and easy.
Tip: ALL AMOLED screens have issues with burn in on the screen. Just like your parents/grandparents watching the weather channel and when the TV was on a different station you can see where the time / temp /city info on the screen. This screen are bright but it has a cost to it. So a trick I figured out early on ( after I ruined my first Garmin Venu) was to change the face display often. I tend to cycle threw about 8-12 watch faces. This will help reduce the “burn in” effect.
I only have 3 CONs for this watch:
1) is the strap. I love the dual clasps ( rings that hold the extra in place). Just the remainder of the strap sticks out to far past the last selection on the band. It tends to get caught on the steering wheel when palming a turn hard / parallel parking. ( see picture)
2) Amazfit DO NOT SELL extra bands. Which I do not get it…
I reached out to them and all I got back was ” check out amazon.com/.ca” there are lots of aftermarket straps.
So I went down that rabbit hole and all these aftermarket ones do not have the dual rings to hold the extra strap, which to me being physical all day while work was a HUGE importance to me.
3) This one is kinda petty but… When you clear your notifications on your phone. Watch takes a long time to clear them, to the point I had to manually delete the notifications. Yet at times it does it instantly. so… ya My Garmins and Fossil instantly cleared them instantly.

My place of work started a Fitness Competition, so I decided it was time to get a new smart watch to track my fitness activities. I decided to buy the T-Rex2.
WHAT I LIKE:
– Looks great. It looks like a sports watch, which is my preference.
– Battery Life is great. I have turned on all the features and the battery lasts almost a week before having to recharge. I do outdoor biking, and mountain biking 5-6 days of the week.
– The Zepp app that pairs with the watch is responsive and easy to use. The information is clear and easy to understand.
– Syncing the Zepp app with the watch is fast. I was previously using a Fitbit versa2, and that took 10 times longer to sync using the same phone.
– The GPS is pretty accurate. Certainly more accurate then my Fitbit versa2.
– The price is quite competitive. I paid $200 with coupon. For the price this watch is a great value.
– The screen on the watch is responsive and not sluggish like other watches I’ve used such as the Fitbit versa2.
– There are some decent looking free “skins” you can download to the watch. (image attached). There also skins you can purchase. I like contrast, as well as having all the info viewable on the watch. However you can also use skins that only show time for example.
– It is comfortable to wear. Although it has a decent sized screen, it is still quite lightweight. I do not feel like I am wearing a big ol watch. It doesn’t get in the way of any of my activities.
WHAT I DON’T LIKE (or could use improvement):
– Support with other applications / devices is not quite there. This is my biggest issue. For example. The Fitness Competition App my work uses can be paired with a whole host of applications such as google fit, fitbit, applefit etc.. The Zepp app was not supported. Although I cannot confirm, I suspect you will probably not be able to pair Zepp with other devices such as power output monitoring devices many people use on their bikes.
– Other features outside of GPS such as the sleep app are not the most accurate. It will give you a decent ball park figure, but if you want to be as accurate as possible you will probably need to look at a much more expensive Garmin that has more sensors.
– The band appears to be attached via a non standard screw. My watch watch did not come with a screw driver that I could find. There are custom bands available on the Amazefit website, so I can only assume that when you purchase one it will come with the right screw driver. (image attached).
CONCLUSION:
The watch is great, especially for the price. The Zepp app is pretty good, however it could use better cross support with other applications and devices. I am happy with the purchase and have since bought an Amazefit watch for my girlfriend. If you are into fitness however not ultra serious about the data collection, this is a great watch for you. If you are a professional athlete or very serious about data collection, you will probably need to look at a $700 Garmin most likely.

Very Strong outer shell and glass, VERY BRIGHT AMOLED screen , Lighter weight compare to those metal housing eg. Apple Watch Ultra . Can wear the whole day still feels comfortable . Excellent 150+ sports Plus Lots of features for sports motivation specially sense your are walking , running cycling OUTDOORS immediately activated. Accurate GPS tracking your OUTDOOR route. Excellent 10ATM waterproof for swimming NOT yet test to Diving depth to over 100ft or more even it said 330 Ft water depth. Updated ZEPP app 2.1 gave lots added features. Barometer and Altimeter for high mountain climbing can be calibrate with GPS. Very good deal for CAD $207. give you so many function and strong outer shell. Allow you to go to EXTREME temperature and EXTREME -40C cold /70C Hot/ wet environments.
This Smart watch actually is a Multiple use, highly sensitive sensors NEED to paired with your Phone. No speaker /mic. NOT for you to talk , Only send you notification from the phone. I believe it seals better for waterproof even to deeper water because NO Speakers/ Mic holes in the housing . It is For serious outdoor sportsman who want to focus on the sports RESULT and adventure OUTDOOR to even extreme. NOT for TALKING on the phone or TEXT to social media often with apps which will cause DISTRACTION when your sporting achievement is HIGH PRIOITY. Like (EVERY -Second -count) situation means more to you than talking, Texting.
Amazfit .com will give you very good Tech support fairly fast and send you a Video teach you by email how to use if problem arise.
This Adventure USE Watch is ONLY CAD$207+Tax very good deal to me compare to those over CAD 600 -1099.
I have not test it with other Expensive Watch in SKYDIVING , SCUBA DIVING to over 100 ft or REAL Amazon Jungle Expedition yet . Not sure if it will survive as the Manufacturer Spcs. listed. Blood Oxygen level TESTED to be 98.5 % accurate most of time.

Wanted a smart watch that can monitor my greatness. Keep track of my steps, workouts, distance, O2 and heart rate. Tell me to stop being lazy and how long I’ve slept and how well. Pushes phone notifications right to my wrist. LOVE this thing. It’s a replacement brain to leave my brain to think about other stuff to spend money in from Amazon. Get one. You need it. You want it. Best looking faces, easy to use app. Charge lasts forever. Ok 2 weeks with heavy use. Even ordered a pack of replacement straps in different colors just in case. Treat yourself! You are some ial and doggonit people like you!

Este reloj Amazfit no tiene absolutamente nada que pedirle a un GARMIN!!, que son para mi gusto muy buenos pero a la vez demasiado caros!.
Las mediciones son muy precisas, lo uso cada dÃa para correr y es increÃble!!, me gusta mucho su calidad de construcción, la cantidad de funciones que tiene, la enorme cantidad de carátulas que tiene para escoger y la facilidad para usarse!!.
También me gusta muchÃsimo la duración de la baterÃa, que aunque no me llega a los 24 dÃas, si me ha durado sin problema a los 15.
Lo único que le faltarÃa para que fuera perfecto es que tuviera carga solar.
También me agrada mucho es que puede recibir todas las notificaciones que tú quieras de cualquier aplicación, cada vez que recibe notificaciones el teléfono, en la app del reloj van apareciendo las aplicaciones para que tú elijas cuáles quieres recibir.
Una de las cosas que no me gustó mucho fue la correa, la siento muy delgada, pero aún asà es muy cómoda, en resumen estoy muy contento con el reloj!, no le pide nada a un GARMIN, y siento que hasta es mucho mejor!!
