I bought this for one of my dogs because he likes to be covered when he sleeps, but the cat stole it from him, so bought a second on and the other dog stole that one. As it turned out though, he was too big for the cover to fit him properly, so i just ended up taking removing them from both beds entirely. They still love to use them because they’re very soft and warm. I love them because i can throw the covers in the wash. They’ve held up well with 5 animals taking their turns on them, so i’d absolutely recommend them. Especially for medium to small breeds.

My dog loves this cozy bed. It keeps her warm and is easy to clean. She is 25-30 lbs, and I got the Large bed and probably could have gone down to the medium. But she loves it!

Im looking for a bed to replace a beatup one my daughter bought years ago and was hoping this would work.
After taking the plastic hoop out the fabric laid flat but not far and, my mistake, thin enough for my dogs taste.
My German Shepard also lays on it and loves it, even though only half his body fits.

Our dogs love these types of beds, but won’t use this one because the flap is too far back. They (30lb dogs) stick out of it too much. Material quality is also pretty cheap. I didn’t expect the best thing ever, but definitely thought it would be a little better than it is.

Very pleased with this bed. I was worried about the padding and how it would be after reading some of the reviews but this bed is well-padded, soft and comfortable and, most importantly, our little dachshund loves it. He found it comfortable to sleep in and wanted to stay in the bed instead of wandering out of it at night because the bed has been too uncomfortable and short of decent padding. We have had problems with other hooded and covered dog beds with inadequate bases in the past and perhaps we have been very lucky with this one, but it is brilliant. My only concern is how to keep it clean because it does not say it can be washed! I think this is nevertheless good value and I am glad we bought it so far. Hope the padding will remain as good as this over time. We only have a small and light dog.

I got this bed for my puppy, a mini aussie. I had been struggling to find the type of bed that he likes, and this bed seemed to be one of the first ones he could get comfortable in. He has on more than one occasion tucked himself into the canopy and caught a few zzz’s.
I love that the top part is connected by a zipper, makes cleaning easy.
The one downside and probably no fault of the bed, is that the puppy decided to scratch at the inside and there was a lot of fuzz shaved on the inside from his digging/nesting. This is more just due to the nature of the sherpa lining than anything specifically about that textile.

So as a TLDR I’d definitely recommend getting a different product. My first issue is the rod that goes through the “hood” part of the bed. It doesn’t actually hold it open and just creates issues if you try and wash it, so I removed mine and sewed it back shut.
The biggest issue however is the inner pad. It’s an incredibly thin polyester that surrounds a cotton ball like filling. Obviously I never washed the inner padding, but just from my dog laying on it, it developed a massive hole after only 3 months. My dog has 4 other beds, many of which are close to 2 years old, and none of them have this issue. So I tried flipping the pad to see if that would help it last, but I just removed the cover today and now both sides have massive holes, causing the stuffing to spill out into the cover.
So I reached out to Amazon support because the bed has a year warranty. The 1st rep said it was outside of the 1 month return policy, then asked me to send them a copy of the warranty (it’s right there on the product page). Then they transferred me to someone else who said I could return it for a refund, but they couldn’t replace the product. But I didn’t want to do this because at that point I’d spent an hour in the chat, and the product costs more today than when I bought it initially. Ended up getting a “promotional credit” to avoid the hassle of returning it.
So for this price I’d definitely recommend staying away. I’d either get the name brand version (cozy cave) of this since those seem to last, or get a normal bed for 30 less from a certain warehouse store that starts with C.
