I bought this smartwatch because I wanted to test the waters and see what it was like before upgrading to a fancier watch. I love this watch in so many ways. First of all, you can customize and change the face of the clock to whatever you want. The default ones are okay but the really good one is honestly the first default option. If you connect to the βbind appβ it allows you to choose any photo from your gallery and upload it as a wallpaper on your watch! I was stunned and tried it out immediately. The connection takes a little over a minute but it is so worth it! The final upload was perfection and the quality of the photo was so HD. I like to call it crisp and clear. Love that feature so much. It is better with vertical pictures because the size of the watch is designed as a tall rectangle after all. Similar to the previous review, I agree that this watch is great for reading the time, heart rate, and SpO2. Unfortunately, I donβt think the step tracking is very accurate because I compared it to my other device that is accurate for counting steps on my phone and the numbers were way off on the smartwatch.
Other than that, I actually think connecting to their βbind appβ makes the experience with this watch 100% better. I connected the watch to my iPhone 14 and it didnβt have a problem with Bluetooth at all. A very easy process and I love that as well. You can start/stop music from your watch, check your notifications, adjust the brightness, flashlight option, check the weather forecast, add reminders, track workout info, track sleep info, track heart rate, track SpO2, breathing exercises, stress levels, and tracking your menstrual cycle for females.
I really enjoy the variety of options on this smartwatch. I also donβt really understand how the stress levels are measured because thereβs not a universal standard or measurement that is being used to measure that currently. At least not that I know of. The REM sleep tracker is very interesting. I donβt know if it is accurate or not but I think so far it does match when I fall asleep and wake up because I like to estimate those myself when I am actually sleeping. Of course my own judgement is not 100% accurate but I am happy enough with a good estimate.
Overall, I really do enjoy using this watch and I hope I can use it for a long time. It is so comfy to wear and I always wear it on the smallest setting because my wrists are small. It actually clicks in the whole and holds it in for you with the rubber attachment which is so cool to me. I never used a watch that had that same feature and I love it! It helps keep the strap connected to the watch instead of dangling and loose if you also wear it on a small setting like me. The color black is nice and sleek. I forgot to mention the wrist wake function! It is really good and I like how it does not have to stay on all the time. All you have to do is flick the wrist up (not too fast) and the screen will turn on and show the time. And there is an alarm feature on this phone where you set it up like an alarm clock and when it wake you up, it is by vibrations from the smartwatch! I think that is a great idea because instead of waking up from a loud uncomfortable ring, this watch vibrates multiple times and can easily wake you up without having to be loud!
I know this is a long review but it is so good and I just had to explain everything I could about it. I really recommend this watch to those who want to try a smartwatch for the first time or just want to use an electronic watch to track the time, heart rate, breathing, and exercise! It is not as perfect as the apply watch by any means but it is a great start!

The Smart Watch for Men and Women Fitness is a fantastic option for those who prioritize fitness tracking, especially heart rate monitoring. As a fitness enthusiast myself, I was immediately drawn to its comprehensive health tracking features, and it hasn’t disappointed. The standout feature for me is the accurate and continuous heart rate monitor. This watch goes beyond basic tracking by providing detailed insights into heart rate zones during workouts, allowing for optimal training intensity and progress monitoring. Whether I’m running, cycling, or hitting the gym, I can easily check my heart rate on the watch’s clear and vibrant display.
Beyond heart rate monitoring, this smartwatch offers a range of other health tracking functionalities. The step counter keeps me motivated to stay active throughout the day, while the sleep tracker provides valuable insights into my sleep patterns. It also includes a blood oxygen monitor and can track various sports modes, making it a versatile companion for all my fitness endeavors. The ability to make and answer calls directly from the watch is a convenient feature, especially when I’m on the go. The Bluetooth connectivity is seamless, and the watch syncs effortlessly with both my Android phone and iPhone. The notifications feature is useful for staying connected without constantly checking my phone.
The watch has a sleek and modern design that looks great on both men and women. The comfortable strap ensures a secure fit during workouts. It’s also waterproof, so I don’t have to worry about wearing it in the rain or during sweaty activities. While the battery life is decent, it could be longer for heavy users who utilize all the features extensively. Additionally, some users might find the interface slightly less intuitive compared to other smartwatches on the market.

This fit watch provides great health info, I especially like the sleep stages broken down and how much TEM sleep I get.

What I like about this fitness/watch is the size . It’s perfect for someone with a small wrist. I’ve only had the devise for a couple weeks, So far no issues. I love the many features available.
Great product.

Lots of good about this, including price and features. I first set it up without pairing to my phone. Limited faces but worked as advertised. I then connected to my phone and tested to see if it interfered with CarPlay. Did not impact on CarPlay at all, and was able to a better face. Good news.
Update
More I use it, the more I like it. When connected with the phone, I get notifications of calls and messages. I donβt need to take or respond to messages, the notifications let me know if I want to follow up. For the cost, this really is terrific.

Very disappointed. First unit arrived and charging cable was defective after the initial charge. Amazon quickly replaced with another that was also defective. Step counter jumped 15, 25, sometimes 40 steps when I had only taken two steps. Real blood pressure cuff on right arm showed heart rate of 56 bpm while watch showed 92 bpm on my left arm. Could not recommend.
