This product works very well! Besides the morning energy boost I’m using this to help with chronic pain. I wake up with muscle and joint pain everyday and the time release caffeine helps me get going and stay on time to take my morning pain medicine. I take it before bed and can feel it working about 6 hours later. Some mornings I can even wake up a little earlier because it helps me break through the pain. It amazing how well caffeine impacts pain management when used in moderation. I only take 1 and feel that 2 would be way too much for me. Make sure you take it before bed and try to get to sleep asap. (I also use “Energy Boost” from the Swanson brand in the morning. It has a delayed release of 45min and lasts for about 3 hrs.) After a few months of searching, the Am Up and Go is the only caffeine product that offers me the proper time release and dosage of caffeine . Also no niacin which I don’t like to use. I’m on my 3rd bottle and hope to stock up when its back in stock.

These seem to release after about 6 hours at most. Please make a version with more coating and I’d take them every night…

If you have a hard time waking up or hearing your alarm clock like I do then these are a must! With these I am able to wake up easier and hear my alarm clock with ease. I take them a few times a week mainly when I am super tired and I need to get up early but won’t be able to make it to bed early. If I take these around 9 or 930 at night and don’t make it to bed until 1130-12 I am still able to easily wake up at 530-6. Compared to doing the same thing without taking these I have a hard time getting up and sometimes don’t even hear my alarm go off.

I take this product differently for different purposes depending on what I’m trying to achieve. Sometimes I take it as a wake up aid and sometimes I take it in the morning to get an afternoon boost.
I didn’t want to get a big blast of caffeine and jitter through the early part of the day. The delayed release of caffeine gives me energy over 3 to 4 hours. I’m so glad I found something like this and will continue to use this product.

Most of the pills seem to take effect in 6-7 hours and would be very useful in general. However, one night I took 2 in anticipation of waking up the next morning. I would assume the coating was cracked, because they took effect almost immediately, making it nearly impossible to go to sleep that night. 14 days of warking up with caffeine is not worth the one night I didn’t sleep at all because of this product.
