I have started physiotherapy for my shoulder and needed some resistance bands for various stretches and strength exercises and this one fits the bill perfectly. Long enough that I can wrap it around my back and hold each end in a hand, or I can loop or double loop it on a post, or step on the loop for bicep exercises. It comes with a great guide to different uses. Thick enough that I have no fear of it ripping. Easy to travel with to keep up weight training and stretching. Great product.

After recovering from surgery and wearing out my thinner/wider bands the physical therapist gave me I have found these are more useful for real workouts. There rating is pretty accurate, especially at the end of their stretch. The added anchor is a nice addition and makes traveling with them so much easier, you can usually find something to anchor with no matter where you are. The additional benefit to being slimmer is that you can double up various sizes and not really increase the size needed to hold by much. The only thing I would also add into your kit/travel kit is some options to put handles/grip options on these. Over all though I would not expect to find anything better at this price.

The band feels good to use, doesn’t feel like it will break and smack me in the face. Only real complaint is the band feels a little tacky or sticky, but that will go away with time.

I got this resistance band to use with my Geku steel bar in my office as a set of weights would not be good in my office as I need something I can put away in a drawer. This band is so useful when used by itself for either gentle stretching or more serious resistance to large muscle groups. It helps me stay healthy even though I work in an office all day long. I use small resistance bands all the time after my PT started me on them, but I’d never seen this kind of resistance band before. Because it’s one big loop, it’s kind of fun figuring out all the different ways you can use it and hook it around your body to get an effective pull with resistance.
I took one star off because of the icky sticky feeling the material has (is it vinyl? it doesn’t say). I worry about getting chemicals in through my skin and since I don’t currently have weight lifting gloves I don’t have anything to protect my skin. I guess those are next on the list!

My mother was supposed to start physical therapy, but an impromptu trip here delayed that, so we needed to start therapy at home.
These Resistance Bands Set – Fitense Pull Up Bands with 5 Resistance Levels 15-125 LBS for Men Women, Exercise Bands Resistance with Door Anchor helped us get the PT up and going at home with strengthening and flexibility exercises.
The range of stretch on the bands is great for working fine muscle movements all the way up to big muscle strength.
Quality bands with the right amount of stretch, and are in excellent condition (they dry out quickly here in the semi-arid climate), so they should last a while.
The door anchor was a plus – made it easy to get some exercises quickly implemented.
These, a door, and a chair will get you running for most of your basic PT needs at home.

I got this for rehabbing my shoulder/rotator cuff.
It is versatile and allows me to set up my exercises to isolate the rotator cuff well.
It is a good length and provides a good amount of pressure. The tension can be increased by doubling up the band.
The packaging also comes with a few suggested techniques/exercises you can try which looked a bit odd but basically were good ways of wrapping the band around you to generate tension. You can even use it for doing squats with additional load from the band!

This set of Bands is more elastic than my other Fit Simplify set. It seems like the difference between latex and rubber, maybe? The Fitense set stretches more, has more “give”, and seems softer than the other set. This means that the resistance level indicated on either set are not necessarily accurate – just approximations. I tend to think the Fitense set is of better quality and more adaptable to different exercises. It’s like the Fit Simplify set is industrial grade while this Fitense set is medical grade.
Due to their pliable nature the bands were easy to unfurl from the package – no sticking, ripping, or tearing of the bands. The bands themselves have a “translucent” characteristic to them. There is virtually no smell either. The colors are great! As of now I much prefer the Fitense over the Fit Simplify set for a wider variety of workouts. I recommend giving these a try.

I prefer working out with resistance bands, as they are something I can use at home, or take with me to a hotel. I ordered these before getting a back injury, so at the moment I can only use the two lowest band strengths.
On opening, these feel a little different than those I’ve used before. First off, they feel a little sticky, like very smooth rubber, and they stick together when unrolling. Fortunately, this stickiness goes away with just the slightest application of baby powder.
They feel a little firmer than the other set I have; I hesitate to say stronger, but they feel good while using them.
They come with a door-anchor and a carrying bag. As far as I can tell, these are very good quality resistance bands, and I can’t wait to be able to use them to the fullest.
