I have a physical job and also workout 5-7 days a week. These are the ONLY magnesium salts you should consider. They’re very good quality and allow max absorption. You should shower first and then use the soak. Allow yourself to air dry afterwards (don’t use a towel or any lotion afterwards). You will feel incredible results from this. It works better than any other brand. It’s also sourced from the Zechstein seabed. And not the usually found country , which makes these a more ethical choice, if you’re specifically seeking that. Instead of pounding ibuprofen all the time I use these twice a week and I feel great.
