I mean they worked a little bit but I had to mash them up in the food because my cat hates the taste… The smell is quite potent so he doesn’t eat it all. I use these for car rides and if he eats enough he’ll be decently quiet for our 4 hr trip we do on my days off. But he howls non stop if he doesn’t eat the whole thing. Just wish they were flavoured or something…

I have used Benadryl for my dogs when we travel long distances and it worked ok. However this product worked so much better. Don’t know why but they weren’t nervous and were well rested when we reached our destination.

I purchased these to try on my miniature Aussie puppy, who has some level of car anxiety. We are working on that, but in the meantime I tried these on my 11 month old Border Collie. He was neutered a few days ago and we have a week more of keeping him quiet. He has cone anxiety, even though he has a Comfy Cone and has been acting totally crazy since he is not used to only going out on leash. I tried the Happy Traveler’s on him and they work really well. Every dog will have a different reaction, but I am saying I am thrilled with these. The Vet had offered a sedative prescription to help him cope, and I am so glad that I tried these instead. He is a very high energy dog. These have made him happier and we are more peaceful. Yeah!

One of my dogs eats them the other one has to have it in peanut butter lol. It worked good for both. One is 25/30 lb and the other is 50/55lb. So the dose is accurate. Takes about an hour to work

Dog did not like the smell or taste. Finally got it down, waited 1 hour and he was throwing up before we went 5 miles. As per instructions, gave second pill at a stop, waited 30 minutes and it came up too.

Our lab has always gotten sick in the car, even on the shortest car ride. We had a family vacation and planned to take her, but it was a 4 hour drive. If you’ve ever had a dog puke in the car, you know how much that smell lingers, so we were desperate to avoid that during our drive. These worked like magic! She didn’t get sick at all during our drive there or back home! I highly recommend!
Unfortunately dog won’t eat them so can’t rate effectiveness.

I have 2 dogs, both medium sized terriers, & both have issues with Separation Anxiety. These treats definitely help! I was looking for a natural product to help them ease the anxiety when we leave the house. It was important to find a product that was wheat & corn free, because both of my dogs have food sensitivities. Happy Traveler’s do not contain soy, wheat, corn, or yeast. They are small & chewable, & can be given just like a treat.
As others of mentioned, they do have a smell to them, but that has never stopped my dogs from happily taking them & eating. Because these contain Valerian, I believe that is why they smell the way they do. If you have ever tried Valerian as a supplement to help you sleep, you’ll know it smells slightly like stinky shoes. But it works! The ingredients in these treats will help calm your pet & make them sleepy. Start with the recommended dosage for your pet. For my medium sized dogs, I usually give 1-2 treats as needed. This is a repeat purchase item. I’m happy with this brand & have found them helpful.

My puppy didn’t like them. I don’t know if it’s the smell or the taste but I tried giving it to him before the trip and he kept spitting it out. It’s not flavorful I guess like another brand I’ve used. Only used 3 and threw the rest of the bag away. The other dogs didn’t want them either.

お盆時期は泊まり客がいるので、気分が落ち着く効果があればと思って購入。
来客は平気で寧ろ好きな子ですが、泊まり客となるとダメなようです。
ちょうど商品が到着した日に症状が出始めたので急いであげました。
すごいニオイ(アズミラのカーム&リラックスに似てる)ですが、食いしん坊なおかげか食べてくれました。
ついでに他の子にも見せたところ、ちょっと咥えてそのまま床に落として放置されました(苦笑)
効果はあるようなないような、よくわかりません。一定時間が経つと、また症状が出ました。
給与量は体重からだと1日1粒なのですが、スポット的にであれば時間を空けて再度同量を与えて良いようにも書かれています。
結局、症状が出るたびに与えて最高5粒/日ほどあげるはめになりました。
知覚過敏の症状が毎日出ているわけではないため、あげない場合との状態が比較できないので難しいです。
来客が帰った当日夜はまだ症状があり、その翌日は気になるほどの症状はありませんでした。
ちなみに症状は素人判断ではなく、病院にかかって知覚過敏症候群という説明をもらった子です。
無駄鳴きは以前から気になっており、色々と手を尽くしてもなくならないので
ストレスの問題かと思い、こちらの改善をメインに考えての購入ですので
今後しばらく与えて様子を見たいと思います。
