Was a little concerned over the reviews, How ever I don’t know what others did that caused issues, All I know is my wife took it out of the box, read the instructions, Cleaned every thing with a vinegar solution, rinsed, dried, assemble every thing filled the tank turned it on and man does it do its job, on high setting it raised the humidity by more than 10% in/out door weather station in +/- an hour, allowed it to run overnight, shut it off refilled turned back on and its great, lots of vapor, no leaks, best vaporizer we have ever had so far!
So i would recommend if your thinking about it Buy it!!!

Setting this up is really easy and it’s nice there’s a separate water tub. I really liked that there was a remote so I didn’t have to keep getting in and out of bed. This morning, my whole floor was flooded. What was supposed to last 72 hours based on the waterline, only lasted 1 hour because the rest of the water leaked all over my wooden floors. I do not recommend this product unless you want to end up cleaning your whole floors.

I have owned this humidifier for a couple of months now. I love everything about it. It’s quiet and humidifies my bedroom adequately. We use forced air heat and I no longer struggle with dry mouth and nasal passages during the night. But my favorite thing is how easy it is to clean!! I’ve owned several vaporizers over the years and they have been pretty much impossible to clean properly. This one comes apart and is so easy to clean. I highly recommend it!

I already had one of these Asakuki, and did like it, but I purchased another similar priced brand as a 2nd backup. Returned it because it was more involved to clean. This Asakuki seemed to be a better quality and much easier to clean. Rinse out the inside and gently clean the seal at the bottom with a soft brush. Rinse, wipe and reset the mist tube. Has a constant on number setting or auto; seems to be pretty accurate when setting the humidity level on auto. One of these typically does fine in my shop building, grow area. I’m happy with the (2) of these. One can typically control the grow area and the other the curing area if needed.

Good humidifier – I ran the settings so the mist was on 3 and humidity on 60. I was able to run it 24 hours and then had to refill. While I thought I was going to be able to maintain this humidifier, I just didn’t have the time in the schedule to clean it as much as I should have. Had it for two weeks and my skin started to itch profusely, sore throat and very uncomfortable. Finally came to the conclusion that the humidifier was the culprit due to the lack of cleaning. Again great humidifier, but only if you’re willing to clean it every two days.

Just followed the setup instructions and never has a problem with it. Runs almost nonstop, humidity is unusually around 20% or lower depending on the weather here. Didn’t really know how bad you feel with having very little moisture in the air. Constant noise bleeds and my skin started drying out, so bad my hands would start bleeding. Going from sea level to over a mile in elevation with little humidity really takes some getting use to. House stays closer to 30% now and I no longer feel like I’m dying. Really recommend it and also just look up a video demonstrating relative humidity. Even if the weather says 70%, your home is definitely not close to that after heating/cooling. I would also recommend grabbing a cheap humidity sensor to see what each room reads. Its kind of surprising how different they can be depending on circulation. Anyway, helped a lot, thing works great

Overall I like it, and it was the best looking humidifier that I found. I like the night light function. The detachable cord makes it easy to take to the sink to refill and clean. The open top makes it real easy to refill, I usually refill it once in the morning and once at night. The internals remove and come apart to clean them.
I’d like some improvements. I’d like it to hold more water, have a lower low setting, start on automatic instead of low, and have simpler internal bits that are easier to clean. But, I’d probably buy it again and think it looks good and works pretty well.
