I got this shirt specifically for fishing out on a jet ski in the open ocean, sun protection is important. This shirt fits great (6’2″ tall / 270 lbs) with an XXL sizing. It’s smooth comfortable feeling on my skin, dries quickly in the field, and so far no sun burns even being out hours in the sun.
The care is easy, just throw in the washer using cold water, then hang dry to prevent shrinking, dries quickly. Has been durable so far, very happy with this shirt, highly recommend!

I prefer polyester T-shirts for outdoor and athletic pursuits, but it is often hard to find them made without a blend of cotton or nylon. The reason I like polyester shirts is for their wicking ability and quick drying features because of the fiber’s hydrophilic properties. Because I work a lot outside, cotton blended ones just absorb my sweat and just get wet, stretch out, and get me feeling colder than if I didn’t have them on at all. Those with nylon are not as UV resistant as polyester and tend to fade and deteriorate faster than I feel they should. When I do find the polyester ones that I prefer, they usually cost upwards of fifty bucks for just one shirt. Seeing this one here for under thirty bucks at the time of this writing is a good deal.
When I opened the package and saw this shirt, I was instantly impressed because it’s lightweight, and it looks and feels great with some nice stretch. Once I started wearing it, I found it wicks wonderfully, breathes well, dries quickly, and feels just as soft as cotton. I don’t notice any seams while wearing it and it has just the right amount of stretch. There are no annoying tags or raised seams that might cause chafing.
For reference, I am 5’8”, with a 38-inch chest and 150 lbs., and according to the size chart I was right between a small and a medium, and I ended up ordering the Small. That was the right call as it fits perfectly, and the sleeves are just the right length and there is plenty of length of the hem down to the hips. It has just the right snugness, so that I can either wear it as a base layer, or on its own as an outer layer on a mild day. The Small size shirt is 27-inches from the seam on the back of the neck down to the hem, and 16.5-inches from the seam at the bottom of the armpit down to the hem. The length from the bottom of the front of the neck down to the hem is 24-inches. There is no shoulder seam to measure from, but the length of the sleeve from the neck to the cuff is 31-inches. Because I went with the small, and often order medium shirts, I recommend sizing down, especially if you are between sizes.
It’s just long enough to tuck-in if I decide to layer with it, but if I want to wear it causal untucked over my Carhartt’s, it looks great with just the right amount of length. I guess the only nitpick I have is that I am not a fan of the logo, BassDash, but I guess at a glancing distance it looks like it says BadAsk (edited to prevent violation of community guidelines). For the asking price of under thirty dollars at the time of this writing, I consider it to be a good value.

This good-looking shirt was ordered in a 3XL and it fit really nice. I’m 6′ and 250 pounds. Many times, the fishing/outdoors type shirts are all polyester and don’t fit me very well. I really like this one. It is comfortable right out of the bag. It also has some great looks. The solid color of the body and the contrasting camo sleeves and side panels give the garment a high-end look. The thumb locks are new to me and will have to take some time to decide if I like them.

This is a perfect shirt for me out on the boat or hunting here in AZ heat as it’s cool, but still long sleeve. The sides are more mesh so allow for more ventilation. It also has little loops for your thumbs should you want to keep the sleeves from moving…some really nice features for the price and quality.
Keep in mind that this type of material, while it doesn’t snag easily, when it does you can’t really repair it or pull the snag through. This isn’t specific to this garment but for anything like this. So if you’re using it for summer hunting in the brush it might get torn up pretty quickly. For my purposes it’s perfect… But it does very large…even sizing down doesn’t fit snug.

This shirt looks exactly like the product photos. The colors are nice and vibrant and the material is lightweight, but good quality, and comfortable to wear. I’m 6’3″ 200 lbs with a lean build and the large fits me well.
