I was skeptical at first, exactly like pouring water out of bottle. I had mask on so I could only smell the herbal scent lightly. I soaked paper towels in container filled w solution and placed paper towels over mold on window sill for 30 mins (bottle says 4 mins but I wanted to make sure, plus I was cleaning other areas). Since it’s not mold stain remover (which is a different product), there was still light stain but the whole area looked great. When I took off my mask I could tell the product is potent. My entire upstairs smelled strong yet pleasant of lemongrass scent. Date on bottle was March 2023 which, according to the company, is manufacturing date, and product is good for 2 years.
I bought this brand over the more popular one because of higher thymol concentration, and would recommend it over bleach for a much safer alternative.

I wanted a natural disinfectant. Can’t use bleach! This doesn’t quite smell as fruity as I thought it would, it smells a little like a disinfectant, but not super overwhelming! It gets the job done for what I need it for!

Works great cleaning. Does have a strong smell in my opinion, so I don’t use it as a daily cleaner. Not a bad smell, just a bit to

In the past I was using Lysol to spray into the air intake of our cars and that would work for a little while (a couple of months) to keep the funky smell from coming back. For a more heavy-duty once a season treatment, I was using those cans of evaporator coil cleaners and spaying into the drain line. Those treatments work a lot better and the smell usually doesn’t come back until the next season. I wanted something that I could use to spray into the air intake vents on a monthly basis without having to take panels out and do the evaporator coil treatment. The Lysol treatments also wouldn’t last that long. This product works great and your success depends on how fine of a mist you can get. I got a spray bottle off Amazon and the spray isn’t that fine but it’s fine enough for the application I’m using. I take out the cabin air filter (and if it doesn’t have to be replaced, I’ll shake it and spray it down with this product as well). and then I run the A/C at max and spray the product into the air intake vents on the outside of the car (make sure your A/C is set for fresh air and not recirculate). After I do that for a minute or so, I will then go inside the car and change the air setting to recirculate. I usually roll the windows down, or you can open the doors, and then I spray the product underneath the dash (passenger and driver side if you have dual zone A/C) so the internal air intakes circulate the product. Your vehicle carpet will get wet so don’t go too crazy. You don’t need a ton of product. I smell more of a wintergreen type scent versus the grapefruit but once the product dries, there really isn’t that much of a scent. (don’t forget to install/re-install your cabin air fliter) I think a gallon of this concentrated product will last me many years and save me a lot of money. Well worth it to keep my car A/C’s smelling fresh.

I like that the concentration of thymol in their product is high. It’s supposedly rated to kill norovirus after 4 minutes. That’s great! I also like the citrus scent. Yes, it smells like thymol which some might not enjoy but I’d rather smell a natural disinfectant smell that’s not going to be toxic to my body.

This product works really well to clean disinfect and remove molds in our damp room. The only drawback of this product is that it’s only for non porous surfaces so we can’t use it for the baby’s toys and the fragrance isn’t the best smelling. If your wondering it smells like bengay witch I dislike. Other then that great product for the price, there are other products that does it all but cost almost double of this one. If you have kids under 3 I recommend the more expensive one because it’s more safer and works better on everything they touch.

Thymol needs to be at .05% concentrations to be effective as a disinfectant. This product is .20% so it can be diluted 1/3 solution to water and still have an effective disinfectant. That makes this product a great value. The scent is mild essential oil of grapefruit, citron, so not strong at all and disappears quickly. This is a great disinfectant for those times you can’t use bleach but need a disinfection level of bleach. This product is also great for preventing mold in showers and other humid environments.
