This is a nice cooler that keeps your wine chilled. It is quiet and easy to access the items inside. Make sure you physically push the door shut, not just push it to close.

They must have redesigned this product, because half of its touted features are a lie on the one they sent me. The buttons on the front are decorative only. Per questions asked to the seller and the video along with the product, temperature control is in 3 different places. But for me, there is NO temperature control anywhere. Locked in at 48 degrees (F). The Blue LED light does not work, and given the state of this product, I question if it ever worked when it left the factory. For anyone looking, I’d suggest trying another brand.

The chiller looks fine and will most likely do the job for the price. While unpacking it and removing protective film I turned it over and found a dented bottom plate that obviously happened at the factory. To try to seal it, they sprayed foam and then covered it with cheap silver tape. One side wasn’t even fully sealed. I am getting Amazon to replace it hoping the second one is ok. I called Black&Decker for customer service and they said, “Tell Amazon.”

This was a gift for my wife for Christmas. I ordered it in November 2021. once it arrived, early, I hid it until Christmas Day. upon unpacking it, she noticed it arrived damaged. Needless to say, it kinda bumbed me out as I didn’t think of checking out the unit before hiding it. I was more concerned in surprising her. I called Customer Service at AMAZON, mind you, it was Christmas day just pass Midnight, and the representative who handled my call was very kind and sympathetic. he processed the exchange without issue. It did take a few extra weeks to arrive but in the end, all was well. the wine cooler is small but big enough with a sleek and stylish design. it was well received.

I just received this product. In the description the temperature control was said to be inside the unit. But it’s not. Its at the back of the unit which makes no sense because if the unit is placed in a cabinet space you have to move the unit when you want to change temperature settings. Also there is not temperature range settings..it just goes from red to white..so you don’t know what temperature is set. Also I am trying to reverse the door and the top hinge cover is hard to remove without breaking the tabs off. I will keep it and see how it works and update my review.
Update to my Review. I’ve had the cooler for about 2 months now. It makes a gurgling noise sometimes but it’s not so bad. But it’s keeping my wine and other drinks real cold as I want it. So I upgraded to 4 stars.
