I purchased this in hopes that it would help with painful intercourse. However, it does NOT. It is very good at moisture but if you are looking for an alternative for estrogen therapy this is not it. I used one box as directed for one month. I do not want to go back on estrogen as I am getting older but I am not ready to give up intimacy yet. Still looking for an answer to my problem.

Gave me a nice moistness. Not drippy or goopy. Not sticky like some other products I’ve tried. Inserted easily with no applicator.

Let me first say, I can’t believe one second this product was made by women. The simple fact it doesn’t come with an applicator and they tell you just grab your fingers and shove this as deep as you can is frankly such a man thing to say, and completely defeats the purpose. If you’re like me, a young survivor of breast cancer, and chemo/oopherectomy has trashed your insides, fingers is not an option it hurts so bad. That’s why I need the damn product in the first place. The suppository is quite big, and despite the fact I have like 4 different applicators at home, it didn’t fit any of them (and of course it doesn’t tell you anywhere what kind of applicator you should buy for it to fit, giving you absolutely no choice in the matter). This may sound silly but for those of us who have gone through breast cancer, this is the sort of infuriating, inconsiderate details that make your life even more hell than it already is. So there, use your fingers, you don’t have a choice. So then you torture yourself to put it in, and of course it’s not deep enough, so in my case, I tried using a different applicator to push it in once inside (wtf, for real….). In the morning, the suppository was still not dissolved, and had slid back down quite close to the exit. When I went to pee, what was left of the suppository came out in little chunks. What had dissolved gave an awful icky, dirty texture, it dripped out all day long, and was just awfully uncomfortable even after showering. There are so many other products out there that have comfort in mind, that don’t drip, don’t hurt, and actually do what they say they do, without humiliating or torturing yourself in the process, I don’t see why anyone with serious dryness issues would get this product. It absolutely sucks.

It takes a couple of months of consistent use, but the results are worth it.

This is the ONLY product that I tried for menopausal vaginal atrophy. Simple to use. Quick relief… only apx one week of use before feeling relief. Slightly expensive but “what price relief”?? Nothing else came close to helping me. I hope other women see this review and GIVE IT A TRY🎯

The product works well but it is very difficult to use. There are no applicators that you can purchase to fit this item. the best one can do is use a medical glove and is very uncomfortable.
You should use it at bedtime and not get up after inserting. Use a mini pad at night. It melts quickly and yes, as others have noted it is a bit sticky or greasy feeling, and yes you will get relief if used as directed.
I choose relief of discomfort but want to know if anyone found an applicator to fit this.
Also, maybe if enough people go to the website and request an applicator maybe the manufacturer will listen????

No mess or burning feeling. It is a little pricey but If you have problems with virginal dryness when it comes to sexual activity for after menopause ladies, this is easier than hormone cream treatment.

Received in a timely fashion, couldn’t wait for night time to use, definitely let this be the last thing you do because it will leak and if you cough to soon the suppository may fall out, with that said it melts rather fast and retains moisture for a minimum of 2 days.
No burning or anything for me, my only issue is I wish it would have come with an insert, luckily I had an extra one which I washed really well and attached the suppository directly onto it to go as deep as possible.
Definitely recommend if you’re experiencing dryness and there’s no messy cottage cheese residue like Repleans which I’ll never use again, it is more expensive but worth every cent. I give this a 5 star.
51 year old with no no health issues at 6 years into menopause and heaven sent.
FYI I discuss this with my OBGYN since I wear the estradiol patch for hot flashes and she said I should be fine….so far no side effects.
