Shopper –
This flat ride is great for lower volume playing. It has excellent stick definition and a very unique dark sound. It sounds great played with sticks or mallets.
Clayten –
Amazing sounding ride. Lower volume. Beautiful dark wash. Makes me love playing the drums. Thank you so much.
Pat Bateman –
YES!!!!!!! This is the low volume, thin, flat ride I’ve been seeking. It has a rumbly, beautiful low wash on the edge. It has the characteristic beautiful stick click ping toward the middle. I was afraid the color would look like a Turk, but no, it’s definitely black like the pic. I LOVE it. I got an awesome price too with the Harmony Discount. I’m totally in the honeymoon phase, but this is killer. It lived up to all of my expectations. This itch was worth scratching. I want to go back and play it now.
Edit: 16 months later, it’s still awesome. I would buy this again. This is the best ride I’ve ever heard. Other (actual) drummers agree.
