The radio is easy to use with a nice display, the touchscreen feedback is a little slow, and audio quality is good. Mine did not include a backup camera so I purchased one separately. This is possibly the best feature added to my truck with the install of the head unit.
Some issues… 1) A-Link is hit or miss so screen mirroring isn’t a reliable option. 2) the head unit will restart if the phone is rebooted when connected via USB 3) the boot time is slow. 4) the words “reverse camera” will superimpose on the screen well after the vehicle is put into drive from reverse. 5) the volume knob is tiny.
I would purchase a different unit that included android auto if I had it to do again since the screen mirroring feature is so fussy. It is a nice head unit but key features are problematic.

I got this unit to replace an old Uconnect system (the original Uconnect) because that system was starting to have some issues. The reason I picked this unit is that I don’t like how most modern head units work. Most expect you to connect your phone using Apple Carplay or Android Auto. I don’t want to drain my phone’s battery all the time, or rely on the Bluetooth connection, or have to take my phone out of my pocket and plug it in every time I get in the car. I just wanted a stereo unit that would play my MP3s and allow me to make and receive occasional phone calls via Bluetooth.
The feature that drew me to this system is that it had a micro SD card reader in the front, along with a USB and Aux port, all of which can be used to play music. The problem with USB in this unit, and most others, is it’s not very clean to have a USB thumb drive stickling out the front of your stereo 100% of the time. That’s why the micro SD slot is perfect. You can insert the card and then close the little door and it’s neat.
The menus are very logical and natural. The home menu which has the major categories (Radio, USB, SD, Phone, etc.) has a nice feature where the one currently being used has an outline circling it so you can see what your current sound source is.
When playing MP3s, the ID3 tag information including filename, artist, title, album and the album image are all displayed on screen.
I have not tried their Android screen mirroring app since I don’t currently have a use for it.
Pros:
With the correct adapter it works with my steering wheel controls for skipping songs and changing volume.
So far Bluetooth phone calls seem to work well.
The included remote seems to work well.
It does remember the last source you were using and the song you were listening to when restarting and automatically plays from where you left off.
Cons:
If you organize your MP3s in folders on a USB or SD, you can use the folders to navigate to the MP3 you want. However, all the MP3’s are still considered to be in one long list. So if all the songs in a folder finish, it will go to the next folder instead of starting back at the beginning. Even worse, if you turn on shuffle, each sequential song can be from a different random folder instead of it only choosing songs from the folder you selected.
Skipping to the next song takes a little longer to process than I think it should.
After changing the volume using the knob, steering wheel buttons, or remote control, the volume meter that appears in front of all the menus usually never goes away until you touch the screen somewhere else or skip songs. Sometimes it goes away on its own, but I don’t know why it only works like 20% of the time.
The album images for some songs show up blank and some others show up as junk. I don’t know why some work and some don’t yet. But all my files work in itunes, windows, and VLC, so I know the files themselves are OK.

great product especially for the price. sounds great. the buttons for skip are smaller than i like so it is hard to push. the other skip buttons on the edge are right beside the volume knob so also a little hard to press. other than that highly recommend
