I think these are very well made. I have non-stick pans which have taken a beating over the years so I thought I would try these. They are wonderful. They bake even which is huge to me. They are thicker than standard pans, I have not had an issue with cookies on the edge baking hotter and darker. Everything is coming off the pan the same. The clean up on these is a dream, I will not be sending these thru the dishwasher as they clean very easy. I do not need the silicone handles as I still use potholders, I am not sure they are an asset, I don’t really use them and found for me I could get the pans out easier without the handles. These are very nice pans, I love them but they are a little expensive for cookie sheets. They are very good quality if you would like a higher end well balanced sheet.

It was way beyond time to replace my baking sheets. And these were a great choice! I especially appreciated the silicone handles on each edge that are removable and heat resistant. These are made with aluminized steel which is such an upgrade due to the 70% increase of heat distribution and such a strong material! You can bake, fry, and roast on these trays. They are nonstick as well. I cannot even tell you how well these work! They are definitely top quality and built to last. They come in 3 different sizes as well so you can seriously cook just about anything. These literally check all the boxes and some! I honestly feel like 50$ is a fair price and you will get your money’s worth. They are durable. They can withstand up to 500°. This upped my dinner game for sure! Everything I have made using these baking sheets has come out cooked perfectly. They are a real must-have! Highly recommend!

Both my wife and I were very happy to try out this baking sheet set, especially because of the smaller size that the set included, which we did not have before. We have two young sons (4 years and 11 months old), so especially when we bake with our older son, we do them in smaller batches; the smaller pan would be perfect for those occasions and much easier to clean up afterwards.
We have used these baking sheets a few times now, and we have been very happy with them so far. All types of foods that we have tried so far (cookies, flautas, potato wedges, etc.) have come out great on these sheets; it actually does look like the heat transfer is better on these compared to the older baking sheets that we had. The smaller size sheet has worked out as well as we expected; it is so much easier to clean the smaller size one, especially since our kitchen sink isn’t the biggest or deepest (and is also usually filled with other stuff as well). While hand wash is recommended, we have been putting these through the dishwasher, and so far, they have been perfectly fine.
One thing that we did want to point out is that the silicone handle still gets hot, so you will need to wear oven mitts when handling. I do like the better grip that the silicone provides though, as I have sometimes had issues with my older baking sheets slipping out of the oven mitts; I have not had that same issue with these.
Overall, we would highly recommend this product based on our initial impression!

We only use foil and parchment when cooking and always clean after use .
These are a great size for all your cooking needs; however, they are starting to turn colors and spot regardless. Took off a star due to that – would hope it would take longer to start showing wear.

I really like these ceramic baking sheets (they are baking sheets and not cookie sheets because they have the raised rim around the whole pan). I am happy to have some good quality ceramic baking sheets, especially since I have been slowly replacing all my cooking pans/pots/Dutch oven and griddles with ceramic ones and had not gotten to the baking sheets yet, so I was very excited to try these out.
They are really good quality. Nothing has stuck to them yet and I like that on the ceramic the food, especially breaded food, does not get as dark with almost burned spots like with aluminum foil or just the baking pan itself.
The silicone handles are nice, and I want to note that they get hot also–they are not heat proof. They do pop out for washing or if you just prefer them out.
I have used them several times now and they are still flat.
I have only been hand washing them in the sink, so I do not know how well they do in the dishwasher, but since I sometimes do wash my ceramic pans in the dishwasher on the bottom rack, that these baking sheets would do fine.
The 3 sizes are really good and just about the same size of the 3 baking sheets I am replacing, so that works out well. Plus from small through big, these baking sheets should have most of your needs covered.
I go the “Navy” pans and really was not concerned with the color, but having them available in 3 different colors is nice incase you want to do some matching with your kitchen theme/decor. The coloring is just as pictured in the listing.
I have no complaints about these baking sheets and have had no problems either. They are really nice quality and seem like they will hold up well for quite awhile. And I am super happy with the nonstick surface! The price of $49.99 is alright considering the quality, size and number of baking sheets you get.
