Honest Reviews –
This watch is great, the leather band looks good with both casual and business attire. The blue on the face of the watch really pops against the brown leather and looks awesome.
The box is also very nice – the watch is secured around a little pillow and the lid lifts off in a cool way.
This is my first Bulova brand watch and I am stoked, it is such a nice piece and I get tons of compliments on it.

I’ve always wanted a Bulova. Opening the nice box and you’ll see a stunning piece. Must see in person, the polish and clarity is wonderful. The blue face with orange accents go well together. The luminous on the hands are also easy to read. This is a larger watch so if you have smaller wrists you might want to try a smaller one.
The watch and movement are smooth and accurate. The chronograph features are easy to use and are very smooth. All hands land right where they should. Coming from a cheaper “bone” company watch, it always annoyed me a little that the second hand didn’t hit right on the marks.
The watch feels very nice to wear and having the double strap holder ensures the excess strap stays wrapped to your wrist.
Now for the elephant in the room. The bright orange strap. While I love the blue with orange accents on the face, the strap limits its use to more casual settings. It’s very hard to find traditional leather or metal straps for this size. You can find the blue and black straps for the standard versions of this watch. Though in my personal opinion, silicone straps should also stay with the smart watches. Really wish they offered different straps so those that only have 1 watch can wear it for any occasion.

Can’t help but love this watch. It’s my first from Bulova and I was a little hesitant as A) it’s a larger case than I usually wear, and B) the design is a little more brash than I usually like, but I’ve found myself warming to it quickly.
Despite the chronograph layout the dial feels pretty clean and easy to read, and the colour scheme works perfectly. I have a very similar Alpina with a blue dial and orange strap that I rarely wear, but this one is actually very wearable. I’ve found myself putting it on almost without thinking while wearing short sleeved shirts, so I imagine I’ll get a lot of use from it over the summer. The case is a little large to wear with long sleeves, though.
If I had one criticism it’s that the strap has a non-standard shape at the lugs, so you can’t switch it out to change the look if you’re in the mood for something a little more toned down than bright orange. I checked Google and the Bulova site and haven’t found any alternative straps available for this model, so I guess you have to stick with the original.

I wasn’t sure about the band at first but figured I could just change it out. I’ve had bad experiences with leather bands in the past. This arrived right before a trip my wife and I took to Vegas and I wore it the whole time.
It’s much lighter than I expected. The info says the case is stainless but compared to my other stainless watches it feels more like polished titanium.
The watch face is easy to read and the dial markers do charge with exposure to light to easily be seen in the dark.
This watch looks and feels fantastic on the wrist.
