these shorts were comfortable from the first time I put them on and rode.. Found the chammy to be very comfortable and supportive.

The fabric and the waistband are too thin to feel comfortable. Maybe I am not most competitive kind of user that may value this brand, but the seemed a little to easy to stretch considering the size was the right one.

I wish these fit because they are so nice. Fabric appears to be high quality…but dang they’re small. I realize they’re supposed to have some measure of compression but these are made for very fit/skinny cyclists. I typically wear an XL…tried these in XXL (never worn anything in XXL) based on A.I. recommendation. When I pulled them out of the package they looked like size XS. I have to get both my legs in there?? I thought briefly of ordering the XXXL, but was concerned the legs would be too long and would bunch up. Back they go…the search continues.
Update: I ordered XXL Endura and they were too big. Got the XL and they fit. Seems like the Castellis are two sizes off.

The Evolucione short was a comfortable and excellent cycling short. The only catch was that they were always two sizes too small compared to US sizes. I am normally a large and used to need these in XXL. These new shorts seem to have much cheaper stitching in the materials don’t seem to be up to the latest standards.

Da es wieder auf eine kleine mehrtägige Radreise ging, und der Sattel an meinem neuen Rad etwas fester ist, brauchte ich eine neue Radhose.
Nach etwas recherche und anprobieren bin ich dann bei dieser Hose hängen geblieben.
Was mir über alle Hersteller hinweg aufgefallen ist, dass man die Hosen immer größer nehmen muss als man vermutet. In meinen normalen hosen habe ich eine Bundweite von 31 oder 32. Basierend darauf wäre ich von M oder L ausgegangen. Diese waren beim anprobieren aber zu eng, so dass es XL werden musste.
In XL hat sie ein angenehmes Tragegefühl und ist auch nach 450 km am Stück (in 4 Tagen) noch bequem.
Ich hatte vor einiger Zeit mal eine andere Radhose. Diese hatte aber mehr Schaden am hintern angerichtet, als das sie geholfen hat. Sitzpolster war zu Schmal, bzw ich saß scheinbar auf der Naht, was zu Abschirfungen am Hintern geführt hat. (Nicht schön)
Diese Hose hier ist dagegen garkein Vergleich. Polster ist ausreichend Breit und angenehm fest/weich für einen bequemen Sitz auf dem Sattel.
Das einzige Manko ist das sie über den Tag etwas verrutscht und man nach ein paar Stunden sie ggf. nochmal etwas richten muss. Das ist halt der Nachteil bei Radhosen ohne Träger. Aber mit den Trägerhosen konnte ich mich persönlich bisher nicht anfreunden.
Die Hose lohnt sich also für eine Tages/Mehrtagestour auf dem Rad (Gravel).
