The system is great but the liners are expensive and have a design flaw. At the bottom of the liner, on each opposite side, it has a fold to make it this squared shape. The square fits pretty well in the boxes but the folds stick up no matter the litter which causes the cat to catch his claws in it whenever they dig and cover their waste. So it gets pierced. My solution however was to use some packing tape, and flatten the folds so they stay at the bottom. Also the bag tends to fall along the litter when it’s spinned upside down. My solution was to also add some tape so the bag sticks to the box and stays in place when you spin the chamber. Since I’ve been using this system with the tapes it works great! I love it. You will need to spend some time with installing the bag and taping it, but it’s worth it. In the end, it’s not much more work and the whole system saves time every day while leaving a litter clean for your cat. So spend the extra time preparing the bag installation and you’ll save in time during the week.
