Good for the price, but sometimes I find the adhesive too strong. Leaves a lot of residue on the skin and depending on where you have it, it can be pretty painful to peel off. It does last a very long time without the edges peeling which is nice if you sweat a lot. I recommend you peel it off during a hot shower.

It’s a good product and serves its purpose. The problem is when you go to remove it. It irritated my skin quite a bit, and the adhesive stays on the skin. I tried to remove it with alcohol and oil, and it’s a complete mess.

I have a lifetime supply of Band-Aids and stuff but my search is over now that I found this! I have to wear fentanyl patches for severe chronic pain. I change these patches every 72 hours but they don’t stick well. Band-Aids don’t last and aren’t big enough, but this stuff I can cut to the perfect length and it sticks great because I don’t need the pad part of the bandage I only need the adhesive tape. You’ve made a customer for life!

I love the fact that this tape is as good as, if not better than KT tape that is $26 per roll! I also like that you can get it in the beige color that looks more natural as well, as I have to put it on my feet. The price is amazing! 2 rolls for less than one of name brand pharmacy tape! It’s easy to cut, stays in place until you take it off, and lasts through all of my activities! Yoga, running and work! I hardly notice it’s there! Stretches well, a little goes a long way!

After seeing a doctor who said he couldn’t do anything for my knee. I looked at a knee chart and self diagnosed knee bursitis. Found a YouTube for the specific area and taped according to the YouTube. It worked and I am no longer in pain when I drive. Amazing!!! The tape stuck well and I was able to get a shade that blends in. However, when you are in pain it really doesn’t matter what color the tape is, as long as it works. Wonderful product!

This product works great for skin abrasions and cuts. Spray some ‘new skin’ on your abrasion or cut and then wrap it with this great CKeep tape and it’ll keep it protected and hopefully it’ll heal quickly! Perfect solution for this situation.

I did like the easy pealing from measured sections. Draw backs it tangles easily. Once tapped too your skin it’s best not to pick it up & reposition it elsewhere. It want stick again. Even if you only placed it seconds prior. The trouble to redo already painful muscles. Makes rethinking the whole process not worth it. Especially it’s you have to apply tape by yourself. You can get tape wet, although I find personally it doesn’t appear as affective a hold .

I use this product for my knees and shoulders. It’s very sticky. Length is good. Comfortable while wearing. Easy to use, just keep the corners rounded so it won’t peel off. It gives me a lot of relief from my knee and shoulder pain when it’s really bothering me. It lasts a couple days, if I need to keep it on that long.
