This headlamp is fantastic. This is my second higher priced headlamp. I had to replace my previous one because the charge port failed, so I purchased this one because the replacement batteries have their own charge port. Other great features: – Shut off the light with one touch of the power button without having to cycle through all the light settings. – Double touch of the power button to get the red light – Long touch of the power button to get full brightness

I’ve had this light for about 3 months. It’s got plenty of range for a head lamp. More important though the light is user friendly, and is soft enough to not blind you. Double clicking the button on startup goes directly to the red light, then one more click gets you the green light. The green light is my preferred one for walking through the bush after dark. So far the switch has been reliable which is more than can be said about a lot of head lamps. Personally I’d take this one over a lot of more expensive options.

Length of time battery lasted, different settings for near and far and wide beam. Amazing distance quality construction can run off rechargeable battery provided or three AAA batteries ever used just a bit pricey but I guess you get what you pay pay for.

I’ve owned many higher dollar headlamps over the years. This one is built tough. One standout feature is the fantastic headband. It’s not a standard elastic one that stretches out quickly. This one has a slightly reinforced material with a nice type of material on the inside of the band that don’t allow the light to hardly move when it’s on your head. That’s a big deal. Light is very bright with many options. I can’t imagine anyone needing more than this light has to offer.

I have owned this for about a month and use it while walking my dog. It is extremely bright – like having a car head light on your forehead ! All settings are bright, but I usually use the green light for walking in a dark rural setting and it won’t blind your dog when he “checks in “. Although some have complained about the weight, I usually forget it’s on my head during short walks. It looks and feels well made.
