COLOR WOW Dream Coat Supernatural Spray

Für mich ein super Produkt und eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

Meine Haare sind altersbedingt und durch jahrelanges färben und tönen stark beansprucht. Sie sind trocken und glanzlos,strohig,bei feuchten Wetter wellen sie sich und plustern sich auf-ein Traum🙄!
Ich habe das Spray nun zum ersten Mal benutzt, in Verbindung mit einem Shampoo für extrem trockenes Haar und der Coco&Eve Haarmaske.
Meine Haare fallen sehr gut, sie glänzen ein klein wenig mehr,sie sind glatt und nicht aufgepolstert.Sonst habe ich zur Glättung häufig ein Glätteisen benutzt,dieses fällt nun weg,was meine Haare erfreut.
Da ist auf jeden Fall noch Luft nach oben, um ein endgültiges Ergebnis zu sehen brauche ich auf jeden Fall Geduld, aber bisher hat mich vorher noch kein Produkt so schnell überzeugt. Bestimmt ist es auch die Verbindung und Benutzung aller drei Produkte.

I bought the Color Wow Dream Coat spray after seeing some raving TikTok reviews. I was hoping to help smooth out my color treated frizzy ends but was left a little bit underwhelmed by the results..

Let me start by saying my hair is naturally pretty smooth/soft, it’s just my damaged ends that could use a little TLC. I have super long, straight, thin/fine hair that is prone to getting oily, and bleached ombre ends. With this spray, you need to apply it pretty liberally to damp hair, then blow dry until 100% dry. I usually air-dry my hair so this was work for me, but I trusted the process.

The results? My hair was definitely shiny and soft. My ends still were frizzy, but maybe a bit less. I’m guessing that since my damage is the cause of the frizz rather than having naturally frizzy hair, the results were a bit subtle. The spray smells nice, and it does make my hair kind of water resistant but also a bit heavy and my roots got greasy quicker than usual (again, this is probably just because of my hair type but idk).

The price is a bit high for such a small bottle, but for some people with really frizzy hair it’s probably worth it. For me, it really wasn’t all that impressive. I’m giving this 4 stars because I can see how this would help some people, but it just wasn’t the right product for me specifically.

I bought this back in Feb and tried it a few times with rather disappointing results. I thought maybe the directions were a little exaggerated and I used it like other leave in products. Sprayed it into my hair, combed through, applied my usual anti-frizz serum and then blow dried as usual flipping my hair upside down. THIS IS NOT IT!

Weeks ago I tried it again because my hair was just a frizzy dry mess. I decided to follow the directions to the letter.

I sectioned my towel dried hair that was still pretty wet. Sprayed each section LIBERALLY, like, more than I thought I ever should and combed each section through before moving on to the next. I skipped any other product in my hair which kind of terrified me.

I let air dry a bit before blow drying with my giant air brush, again, going in sections and using tension and high heat.

I was literally floored by the results! My hair was soft, felt like silk, was SUPER smooth and INSANELY shiny!!!!

Since using this product the right way, my super dry, frizzy, crunchy hair has been the complete opposite. My co-workers all thought I had gotten my hair done at a salon, had my hair colored, had my hair cut….none of which has happened.

My hair is easier to style and curl, it has bounce and movement. It glistens without looking oily.

My only criticism is the design of the bottle. It’s not very ergonomic and the nozzle spins and I’ll lose my grip on it throughout application. So, I transferred the product into a different spray bottle that is much easier to hold while spraying.

The moral of this story ladies and gentlemen is that you MUST follow the directions!! I can’t stress that enough. When they call it a coat, they mean it. Each section of your hair needs to be coating thoroughly and absolutely saturated by the product. Just spraying it into your hair isn’t going to do the trick. You also need heat with tension. Just blow drying won’t do it.

Yes it takes a bit more time, but the results in applying it and blow drying correctly are worth it.

I don’t notice a scent really.
My hair just smells clean. I also notice my hair doesn’t get as oily as quickly. I was also surprised that no other products were needed at all. No leave in condition, no oil, serum nothing.
