Gordon MacKenzie –
The blade snapped right off the handle planting some ordinary peppers plants an ordinary depth into ordinary soil. My last trowel lasted, I don’t know, 10-15 years, and this one lasted 2 months, just long enough to get past the return window. A few other reviews mention the same issue. Terrible. Look elsewhere.
What –
Yeah you can get more expensive ones, you can get cheaper ones but this one is just right. Good size, comfortable as all hell in your hands, sharp in the sense of a gardening tool. Used to get some weeds out, fill some pots, level some flagstone, throw into the ground for fun. It’s a very handy tool and it’s a good price point I also didn’t realize it has like a little rope cutter thing on it. Sharpened it with a file so I can cut black berries vines as I work

I have a few of these Corona hand tools and I really like the little fork and the Japanese knife. The handle/tang on the fork is not welded, it’s a single piece, and I wish that this small trowel was made like that too. That being said, it’s sturdy enough, no bending or cracks so far.
Miguel –
La pala se siente firme y de muy buen material, la recomiendo ampliamente
Michelle –
As with other reviewers, mine broke at the weld as well. I purchased in September and it broke yesterday. I love this brand but this design is certainly flawed. Hopefully the company will stand by their product. Saddness.
Vinyl Queen –
So I’m a moron and I some how lost my original shovel of this design. I haven’t felt worse in a very long. HOW COULD I HAVE DONE THAT? Mind you, I have another shovel but it just pales in comparison. Once you use this one, you’ll never go back.
The handle has a depression in it for your thumb. Simple and satisfying. There is a groove at the top of the metal for cutting cord, vines, etc. Genius! Then there are the measuring marks on the side. It’s just a good idea. The price is also right.
I ordered another shovel and I vow to not lose this one!! I feel complete now that it’s living in the garden shed.

Best trowel.

Well built and comfortable. Time will tell if it rusts but initial impression is that this tool is well built. Well designed handle.
