The packaging they come in isn’t great nor protective as theyre just small boxes placed inside a plastic bag. I knew one was broken as soon as I picked it up due to the noise it made in the bag. Other than the broken bulb I really like these bulbs, I tested the other 3 before writing this review and they all work and immediately start putting out heat. For the price i’d hope to buy again but worried more than one may come broken next time.

Great bulbs that I use for my turtle tank. The turtles like the warmth from the bulbs and the bulb gives of great lighting. My only complaint was that one of the bulbs lasted about 2 months running 24/7 while the other one I replaced it with lasted less than a month. I’ll see how this third one goes, but I wish it was more consistent

This is a great deal for 4 heat lamps. They put off good heat for our turtle to bask under. Certain kind of bulbs, including heat lamp bulbs, require special care when handling them – getting any skin oils on the bulb will cause them to burn out extremely quickly. We handled them with gloves and have had no problems. You can’t beat the price.

I purchased this four pack because I thought it was a great deal, well if it’s too good to be true it is. I understand they don’t last forever but all of them are now trash only two months later. Three completely burnt out two of them destroying the lamps they were in, and the fourth was broken in the box, pathetic. Don’t see where I can return these or get a refund so I’m just warning you, don’t waste your time, money and energy. They SUCK.

These are perfectly serviceable UVA/UVB bulbs that fit within my budget. I have purchased this type on more than one occasion which means I’m pretty happy with them. I do wish they lasted longer but they are cheap and they are bulb-y.
