I heard a loud pop & turned around to see sparks flying out. Thank goodness I was standing right there & not in another part of the house because we could have ended up with a house fire. Terrifying thought!

I already have a waterproof removable ceiling fan on my pergola. This heater mounts easily to the existing mount allowing me to switch out between winter/summer easily. The waterproof design works perfectly to allow me to keep it up throughout the winter and not have to take it down between rains. Heat output is amazing and heats our 15×25 foot deck area under pergola perfectly.

If you are looking for a nice outdoor patio heater, this hanging infrared heater is a great option over those propane heaters you see everywhere. This is perfect for home use, and comes with everything you need to hang this up. There is even a cover provided for times you are not using this.
While we have not had cold weather to truly test this out, we did find this to warm up quickly. We have this hanging off of our pergola and the heat seems to flow downward nicely. It was easy to assemble and all of the pieces and parts needed to hang this were available and directions were fine. This certainly will be helpful once the weather begins to get cooler and will extend our outdoor time which we are grateful for.

We have a standing propane heater. It is big and doesn’t get the heat where we need it. This heater hangs from our pergola and puts the heat right on the couch. We don’t need to refill propane tanks, either. It is light and easy to move over to the hot tub pergola.
Manufacturers- please make one with a non-tarnishing copper finish.

We love to sit on the back patio during the day, but in winter, that gets difficult on cold days. We’ve considered getting a patio heater, but it’s been way down on the to do list. That’s why we opted to try this one when the opportunity presented itself – and we’re really glad we did. The electric heater comes with two 18 inch chains with carabiner hooks on each end and a cover for times when it’s not in use. We’ll use our own hardware to put a hook in the patio ceiling, then hang the heater from it. We tested the heater briefly to make sure it works, and it warmed up and was radiating a good amount of heat within one minute. I’m looking forward to seeing how comfortable this patio heater will keep us this winter.
