Devoko Outdoor Sectional Rope Woven Sofa Set

So far so good. Very cute in person. Seems like a sturdy little set. Not terribly difficult to assemble, just a little time consuming (took me about 2 hrs, but that was partly due to my toddlers insistence on “helping”). The assembly instructions were pretty clear– no real issue there. It’s a little lower to the ground than I expected, but that’s mainly my fault for not looking at the dimensions, and it doesn’t really bother me so far. Chaise part is super comfy to kick back on. Cushion covers are that typical plastic-y weatherproof fabric feel, but otherwise comfy.

I was hesitant to buy this set because there was only one review on it, but I’m really glad I took the chance! My picture doesn’t do the cute details justice. For the price I think you can’t beat it.

I feel like it’s always a gamble shopping on Amazon. You can never trust if the product you receive is the same quality as described and pictured, but this patio sectional is exactly as advertised!

•The intended purpose of this furniture is for our small apartment living space, and it is pretty much perfect. Small footprint, easyly cleaned, light colors.
•The frame was very simple to construct, all necessary parts and screws and such are included, (except for two of the coffee table screws; instructions called for 8, but only 6 were included; seemingly doesn’t change sturdiness of the table.)
•The suction cups on the coffee table were a little wonky during shipment, so they don’t sit flat naturally, but they hold the glass in place more with grip rather than suction.
•The seat cushions have ties to attach them to the actual frame, so they don’t move at all. The pillow cushions are just fine.

TIPS:
•If any of the bottom frames (legs) don’t align right and won’t screw in, I just ended up rotating it the opposite way, and they lined up right.
•When screwing things in, don’t screw any one screw in all the way all at once; do each screw in each step in tandem to make the alignment of the holes easier.

Very happy overall with the product.

Reading some reviews going into this I thought assembly was going to be a nightmare, but honestly it wasn’t too difficult. Instructions were fine if you just use common sense and I was able to do this alone in about 90 minutes for the sectional and table. If you’ve ever done an IKEA assembly then you’re fine to do this. The negative side of assembly in my opinion is mostly from tolerances with the screws and assembly of the legs. It was tricky to get the screws to align sometimes when attaching two pieces and certain screws were tight to thread. When you assemble the legs you need to slide a connecting pipe between the two sides and it was very difficult to slide on. The screws all require an Allen wrench and if you use the provided one to assemble this instead of a screwdriver with an Allen wrench attachment then you would be miserable. I don’t think assembly is a reason not to purchase this, but just wanted to add my perspective since a few other reviews mention it.

I took off a star because of issues with uneven legs on the chaise and the table, as well as uneven screw alignment for attaching the back of the two pieces. One of the legs for the chaise was noticeably shorter than the other 3. This didn’t end up being an issue because it was next to a support from the other piece when assembled, but it would make using it as stand alone pieces frustrating. Additionally, one of the legs on the table is uneven and causes it to wobble. The other issue is that the screw that is meant to connect the back of each side of the sectional for support is completely misaligned. No amount of adjusting would make these line up. Fortunately I was able to use a zip tie to keep the pieces attached, but still frustrating to deal with.

Overall it’s comfortable enough to sit on and looks like the pictures. I’m 6′ 2″ and I can comfortably sit on this and spread out with another person. The pillows and cushions are comfortable and I like that they have removeable cases, although the back/side pillows tend to slide a bit but not enough to take a star off for. I think I’m happy with it for the price and it fits nicely on my apartment patio that’s 60″x110″. I’ll update this in a few months if there’s any problems with durability of the wicker or cushions.

We love this outdoor patio sofa. It fits perfectly on our balcony. It’s comfortable, simple, and beautiful.
