These socks are super comfortable and nice and thick. Feels like good quality. Gives some compression. Not too tight.

These socks are amazing! The quality is supreme… Matches my uniform perfectly and the comfort is unreal!!! So much toe room and they’re soft… Not too tight, not too thin… I’ve tried other compression socks and these are soooooo far above the rest… I’m a 10.5 shoe and the large fits perfectly… I’m buying more! The compression is a little lighter than some others but I can’t get over the quality… Worth every penny. Sizing is a little odd though. I wouldn’t recommend the large for anyone with a men’s shoe size smaller than 10. Best for 10-12. Bought my mom some med, she’s a size 9 men’s and they seemed to fit pretty well. I tried them on and measured them for comparison. The med still fit my foot but were considerably shorter. I can only imagine the XL is HUGE. That’s what Amazon recommend for me and I’m glad I went with the large. Added pics of the large and medium for reference…

I’ve been using this product now for 2 years. I favor them over everything else I’ve tried. I wear Western work boots and they are the most comfortable socks i have ever tried. I purchased them by mistake to find they are compression style socks. Initially experience I was skeptical, but after one time wear I was sold. They are very comfortable and when wearing them at work or long rosd trips. These socks keep my calves swelling down and I no longer cramped calves at the end of a long day of work. Highly recommended to any one searching for a thick work boot socks.

Socks seem well constructed and they are comfortable but OMG they are MUCH too long! They go all the way up over my knee!! If you are a 7′ NBA player, these are the socks for you!!!

Ever since we started walking on two feet, we’ve suffered for it. Back pain, stiff hips, aching feet… the list goes on. These socks might not help with the back and hip pain, but they sure do wonders for feet.

The way human circulation works is, blood returning to the heart from the lower legs relies on muscular contraction. To prevent gravity from letting blood pool in our feet, we’ve got these little valves in our veins. Over time, these valves weaken. Some fail completely. What you’re left with are swollen ankles, varicose veins, and feet that ache because they don’t have much of a way to remove metabolites such as lactic acid. Shift work, where you’re standing on your feet all day long, day after day, for years on end, is brutal for speeding up this process. So too are jobs that require sitting all day (no contractions, no circulation). Sounds like a no-win situation, doesn’t it?

That’s where compression socks come in. By applying gentle continuous pressure all around the lower leg, they help to prevent giving your veins a way of collapsing. The result is that blood flows more freely and those little veinous valves mentioned earlier can function more efficiently. It sounds counterproductive that a garment which squeezes a limb can improve blood flow, but that’s exactly what happens here.

If you’re a consumer of the average American diet, chances are you’re gulping down way too much sodium, too. That means water retention, which gravity sends right down to your feet and ankles. These socks will help prevent that from happening, too. Pretty sweet deal, right?

They may not make your job less demanding, but they’ll sure do wonders for keeping your dogs from barking at the end of the day. That they’re so comfortable and breathable helps a ton, too: these aren’t hot socks to wear. That’s a big deal if your shift work involves working outside in the hot summer sun.

Now understand, these aren’t meant to be a substitute for compression socks your doctor prescribes. Your doctor has weighed your condition and has decided on a certain amount of compression–and if that’s describing you, most certainly you should continue to follow his/her orders. All that training wasn’t for nothing. If you find your prescription socks to be uncomfortable, by all means mention these socks to your doctor, but please respect his/her decision if you’re told these aren’t for you.

But if you’re noticing slightly swollen ankles and aching feet by the end of the day WITHOUT having a diagnosed underlying problem, these may be your ticket for a better life. They might even prevent allowing this condition to become a medical concern later on. There’s no downside to at least trying them.

As with all compression socks, your first wearing might be “snug.” Until the fluid in your legs redistributes, this is expected. Afterwards, however, you’ll rarely want to be without them. Give it a few days and see if you don’t agree.

These are machine-washable, and in most respects can be treated just like regular colored laundry. Over time they’re bound to lose some of their support (all things wear out, including you), but when that happens these socks are sensibly priced for all the benefits they offer.
