Great for my fat fingers. They are more comfortable to use. They are safe. They’re easy to travel with. I have less eye irritation, and they are very easy to use.

Pretty small size for inserting so it’s weird. Struggled to insert contacts big time, they always refused to let go and accidently removed contact every time. However I’m giving 5 stars because they are excellent for removing them

I’ve been a contact lens wearer for a few decades and I have hard gas permeable lenses. They are rare among contact lens wearers. Most people wear soft lenses, but they didn’t work for my astigmatism. To take out your contacts, hard lens wearers are taught to lean forward over one cupped hand, and tug at the outside corner of their eyes with your other to create tension in the lid, and blink. Most of the time, that pops the contact out into your awaiting hand. Sometimes it doesn’t work the first, second, or third time — especially depending on how many hours you’ve had them in, whether your eyes are dry, puffy, etc. Sometimes when they pop out they do not go into your hand but fly off into the distance, forcing you to blindly search for them and hope you don’t hear a crunch. As I get older too, I’m wondering how bad it is to continue to pull at my eyes every day. Aren’t I trying to prevent wrinkles? For whatever reason, even though this method had been mostly working for years, as time went on, it seemed like it was getting harder and harder for my lenses to come out the way I’d always been removing them. It was always taking multiple tries. Usually worse for one eye than the other, but you can’t sleep in hard lenses, so they have to both come out each night. Anyway — after a terrible night of literally not being able to remove one of my contacts for over an hour, I knew I had to find a different way to solve this and I found these. They take my lenses out pretty much on the first try, every time. There’s never a concern about where the lens will land when removed — it’s always on this little suction cup. If you try it and encounter any issues either with getting the lens to stick to the suction cup or removing it once it’s on there, I recommend pre-wetting the suction cup with a little water or preferable contact solution. These are so simple, but they made such a difference for me. Hopefully, they will for you too.

These work perfect for removing my scleral lenses! Easy to use, great suction, works on the first try! Ordered these after ordering a different brand. The other brand had no suction and I had to throw them away. These are pricy, but worth the extra money! Love that they were packaged nicely.

These had no suction, so I pushed them hard on my scleral contact to try to remove… then I could not get them off my contacts!! They did not remove my contacts but stuck to them… very painful!! I finally had to call in my husband and after a lot of pulling and tugging, we finally got them off the contacts then used another true suction device to finally remove contacts off my eyes. These plungers really hurt my eyes! I hope there’s not permanent damage. I definitely would NOT use these ever again! DON’T buy them!! They suction to the contacts and no tube within that you can squeeze them to cause them to release off contacts. I’d like a refund, but I doubt that will happen. I only tried one of them… I won’t even give the others away, because I would never want anyone to have to go through what I just went through. Awful!
