Of the four lights purchased, three are still working a month later. They shine right and display colorful eye catching patterns. The lights are simple to install with two plastic nobs twisting around the spokes. Unfortunately they appear to lack in the durability department. The non functioning light just stopped working without any impact or signs of damage.

The product is super easy to install but not as cool as the pictures. I installed them on my beach cruiser to provide some side visibility while riding at night, maybe it is the gearing on the bike or that I am not in a hurry, I never saw the designs as pictured. They also are not as bright as I had hoped. The cap nuts also don’t work if you have heavy duty spokes, I ended up having to zip tie them to the spokes. Maybe they work better on a road bike that had better wheel speed.

I tried this product and it worked great. It’s super cool and seems very durable. However, I was in the market for lights for my bicycle that are as bright as possible. I am a bike commuter and sometimes I ride in the early morning or late afternoon, or even in the dark. These really weren’t bright enough for that purpose. For something that looks really cool on a casual bike, go for it.
